We lift up our prayers to you, Lord Jesus, on behalf of ### and their heartfelt concerns. We join together in prayer for the persecuted Christians around the world who are facing a staggering rise in persecution. Your Word reminds us in Matthew 5:10-12, "Blessed are those who are persecuted because of righteousness, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven." We ask for your divine intervention and protection over these brothers and sisters in Christ.
We also pray for peace and salvation in Israel, Lord. The tensions and threats against Israel are concerning, but we trust in your sovereignty and the fulfillment of biblical prophecy. We pray for the peace of Jerusalem, as you have instructed us in Psalm 122:6.
Father, we join our hearts in praying for the salvation of many around the world. We ask that you draw people to Jesus, just as your Word promises in 1 Timothy 2:4, "who desires all people to be saved and to come to the knowledge of the truth." May your Holy Spirit work in the hearts of those who have yet to know you.
We cry out to you, Lord, for the protection of children worldwide. It breaks our hearts to hear of the physical, sexual, and psychological abuse they endure. We pray for your intervention and justice for these innocent ones. Your Word assures us in Psalm 82:3-4, "Defend the weak and the fatherless; uphold the cause of the poor and the oppressed. Rescue the weak and the needy; deliver them from the hand of the wicked."
Lord, we also lift up those who are suffering from poverty, sickness, natural disasters, and man-made disasters. We specifically pray for those on the brink of starvation, such as the children and adults in ###, ###, ###, and other countries. Your Word reminds us in Matthew 25:35-36, "For I was hungry and you gave me something to eat, I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink, I was a stranger and you invited me in, I needed clothes and you clothed me, I was sick and you looked after me, I was in prison and you came to visit me." May your provision and compassion be poured out upon them.
Lord, we pray for an awakening in the universal Church. May we recognize the lateness of the hour and eagerly anticipate your second coming. We ask for sound biblical teaching in churches and protection from falling away. Your Word encourages us in 2 Timothy 4:3-4, "For the time will come when people will not put up with sound doctrine. Instead, to suit their own desires, they will gather around them a great number of teachers to say what their itching ears want to hear."
Lastly, we pray for protection, salvation, deliverance, and healing for all those in need. We ask for your supernatural provision and shelter, especially for children, women, the elderly, and the infirm. We also pray for wisdom and discernment in navigating the works of darkness in our lives. Your Word assures us in James 1:5, "If any of you lacks wisdom, you should ask God, who gives generously to all without finding fault, and it will be given to you."
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
