Let protection and favor to manifest at a place I work, Lord

We come before the throne of grace with your request, lifting up your workplace to the Lord. We recognize that every good and perfect gift comes from the Father of lights, with whom there is no variation or shifting shadow (James 1:17). It is right to seek His protection and favor, for He is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1).
First, we must address the foundation of our prayers. Your request was made in the name of Jesus Christ, and this is vital. There is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). Jesus Himself said, "Most certainly I tell you, whatever you may ask of the Father in my name, he will give it to you" (John 16:23). It is only through the blood of Jesus that we have access to the Father, and it is His righteousness that makes our prayers acceptable before God.
Now, let us pray for your workplace. Heavenly Father, we come before You, acknowledging that You are the God who sees and knows all things. We ask for Your divine protection over this workplace and all who labor there. Shield them from harm, both seen and unseen, and guard their hearts and minds in Christ Jesus. Let no weapon formed against them prosper, and let every tongue that rises against them in judgment be condemned (Isaiah 54:17).
Lord, we also pray for Your favor to manifest in this place. Let Your light shine in the darkness, and may those who work there come to know You as their Lord and Savior. Grant wisdom and discernment to those in authority, that they may lead with integrity and justice. May the work of their hands be blessed, and may they find joy and fulfillment in their labor, knowing that it is for Your glory.
Father, we rebuke any spirit of strife, division, or ungodliness that may be present in this workplace. We declare that where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty (2 Corinthians 3:17). Let Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard their hearts and minds (Philippians 4:7). May this place be a beacon of Your love and grace, drawing others to You.
We also encourage you to examine your own heart and actions in this workplace. Are you walking in a manner worthy of the calling with which you have been called, with all humility and gentleness, with patience, bearing with one another in love (Ephesians 4:1-2)? Are you being a light in the darkness, letting your speech always be with grace, seasoned with salt, that you may know how you ought to answer each one (Colossians 4:6)? Remember, beloved, that you are the salt of the earth and the light of the world (Matthew 5:13-14). Lastly, we pray for your personal relationship with the Lord. May you grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ (2 Peter 3:18). Seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things will be added to you (Matthew 6:33). Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will make your paths straight (Proverbs 3:5-6).
