Leaving us and not returning again.

The world, the flesh and the devil are working so hard in our churches that even those who had been members for a long time are leaving us. Pastors and teachers are being tempted to make more money and get more material possessions, they are leaving us.

1. Pastors get burn out and they leave the congregation full of sadness and pain. We need to fast and pray for our pastor and his family. Satan is out to get all of them.
2. Too much gossip inside the church. Instead of building up those weak in faith, people gossip about their problems. Call on the Lord day and night to be delivered from those who love to gossip a lot. They need the Lord.
3. Distractions of all kinds take people away from attending services. Football games, social gatherings, mow the lawn, wash the kids' clothing, work overtime on Sunday. Satan brings all kinds of situations to our life so we will not go to church.
4. Got an unsaved partner. Once you get married to this unsaved person he or she will not let you go to church anymore. Do not be yoked together with an unbeliever... says God's word.
5. Life changing situations. Moving away from the neighborhood, change of a job, divorcing your spouse and traveling too often.

Do not ever leave your church. Do not ever leave Jesus behind you. Let Him be the center of your existence. Remember this... Be faithful to the end and I will give you a Crown of Life.

When satan tempts someone they will leave our church and the fellowship of the believers. We must fast and pray before the Lord for them. They need us more than ever before. Bring all of them back to church we pray. In Jesus name. Amen

We all need prayers. We all need Jesus. We all are tempted beyond our strenght. But Jesus is right there to help. His grace and mercy will never depart from us.

This is happening all around because the Devil is working overtime to see how many people he can defeat. I heard a pastor say in an American Church that he had to be sending around personal invitations to get people to attend Bible study on a Wednesday night service. Another pastor has to provide lunches on Sundays to draw out members. There is a falling away. Let us not be found wanting. Let us not be like the five foolish virgins. Be on your guard.
