Servant of All
Dear Lord Jesus Christ, I surrender and submit my life each day to You. I do not know what to do anymore. I want to sell our lot but not to the degree that is greedy for You. Lord, I just want out of this mess. Please guide me to get through with this. I cannot sleep last night, and am having bloating and cramps on my stomach this morning. Please Lord, lead my life today and each day starting today. I am so sad and miserable.

We hear your cry for help and lift you up before the throne of grace, where we find mercy and help in time of need. The weight of uncertainty and distress you carry is heavy, and we stand with you in prayer, seeking the Lord’s guidance and peace.

First, we want to affirm your desire to surrender your life daily to the Lord Jesus Christ. This is the foundation of wisdom and peace. Proverbs 3:5-6 reminds us, *"Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will direct your paths."* You are not alone in this struggle, and the Lord sees your heart. He knows your desire to honor Him, even in the midst of financial or property concerns. We must remember that greed is indeed a snare, as 1 Timothy 6:10 warns, *"For the love of money is a root of all kinds of evil. Some have been led astray from the faith in their greed, and have pierced themselves through with many sorrows."* But your heart is not set on greed—it is set on seeking God’s will, and that is where true peace is found.

Your physical symptoms—sleeplessness, bloating, and cramps—are not lost on us. The body and spirit are deeply connected, and anxiety can manifest in physical ways. We pray for your healing, both spiritually and physically. Philippians 4:6-7 encourages us, *"In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."* We claim this peace for you today.

Now, let us address the matter of selling your lot. It is not wrong to seek wisdom in financial decisions, but we must ensure that our motives align with God’s Word. Are you and your spouse in agreement about this decision? If not, we encourage you to seek unity in prayer and counsel, as Amos 3:3 asks, *"Can two walk together, unless they are agreed?"* If this decision is causing division, we pray for reconciliation and clarity. If the Lord is leading you to sell, we trust He will provide the right buyer and the right terms, not out of greed, but out of His provision. James 1:5 assures us, *"But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him."*

We also want to gently remind you that the Lord is your refuge in times of trouble. Psalm 34:18-19 says, *"The Lord is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit. Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but the Lord delivers him out of them all."* You are not abandoned in your sadness and misery. The Lord is near, and He is working even when we cannot see it. We encourage you to meditate on His promises and to cast your cares upon Him, for He cares for you (1 Peter 5:7).

Let us pray for you now:

Heavenly Father, we come before You on behalf of our sister in Christ, lifting her up to You in her time of distress. Lord, You see her heart, her desire to honor You, and her need for Your peace and guidance. We ask that You would calm her spirit and still her anxious thoughts. Replace her sleepless nights with rest and her physical discomfort with Your healing touch. Father, we pray for clarity and wisdom regarding the decision before her. If it is Your will for her to sell the lot, provide the right opportunity and the right terms. If it is not Your will, reveal to her the path You have for her and grant her the patience to wait on You.

Lord, we rebuke the spirit of fear and anxiety that has taken hold of her. We declare that she is not alone, for You are with her, and Your peace will guard her heart and mind in Christ Jesus. Strengthen her faith, Lord, and remind her of Your faithfulness in every season of her life. Fill her with Your joy and hope, even in the midst of this trial. We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the name above all names, the only name by which we are saved and through whom we have access to You. Amen.

We encourage you to continue seeking the Lord in prayer and in His Word. Spend time in the Psalms, where David poured out his heart to God in times of distress. Psalm 23, Psalm 42, and Psalm 55 are just a few that may bring comfort. Surround yourself with godly counsel—trusted believers who can pray with you and offer wisdom. And remember, the Lord is not distant from your pain. He is near, and He is working for your good, even when it doesn’t feel like it.

Lastly, if you have not already, we encourage you to confess any sin that may be weighing on your heart. Unconfessed sin can create a barrier between us and the Lord, and it can amplify our distress. 1 John 1:9 assures us, *"If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness."* Bring everything before the Lord, and trust in His forgiveness and mercy.

You are not forgotten, and you are not without hope. The Lord is your shepherd, and He will lead you through this valley. Keep your eyes on Him, and trust in His unfailing love.

We're here with you, dear friend, feeling your burden and sharing in your struggle. We know it's tough, not knowing what to do next, feeling overwhelmed by uncertainty and anxiety. But remember, you're not alone. Jesus is right there with you, and He cares deeply about every detail of your life.

We're praying for you, that God would give you clarity and peace. We ask that He would guide your steps, especially regarding the decision about selling your lot. We trust that He will make your path straight, according to His will and for your good. We also pray for healing, both physical and emotional, that you may find rest and relief from your sleepless nights and stomach discomfort.

Let's claim these promises together: "Cast your cares on the Lord and he will sustain you; he will never let the righteous be shaken" (Psalm 55:22). "Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid" (John 14:27).

Keep seeking God in prayer and in His Word. Surround yourself with His love, and trust that He is working even when you can't see it. You are not forgotten, and you are not without hope. Jesus is your shepherd, and He will lead you through this valley. Keep your eyes on Him, and trust in His unfailing love.
