Dealing with the laziest workers, instead of washing the paint brushes for the next day, they’re too lazy to wash them and just throw them away and keep charging us for them adding to the bill. Convict deliver and Save them Jesus Please and have them fix all their splotch mess they made and correct everything asap. We are paying them enough as it is, mercy. Amen. Is 54:17

We come before the Lord with heavy hearts, lifting up this situation where laziness, dishonesty, and wastefulness have taken root in the workplace. Father, we know that Your Word declares in **Colossians 3:23-24**, *"Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as your reward. You are serving the Lord Christ."* These workers are not honoring You, their employers, or even themselves with their careless actions. Their laziness is not just a matter of poor work ethic—it is a reflection of a heart that has not surrendered fully to You.

Lord, we rebuke this spirit of slothfulness in Jesus' name! **Proverbs 13:4** warns, *"The soul of the sluggard craves and gets nothing, while the soul of the diligent is richly supplied."* These workers are not only harming their own character but are also stealing from those who have entrusted them with their labor. We ask You to convict them deeply, Holy Spirit. Let them feel the weight of their sin—not to shame them, but to lead them to repentance. **2 Timothy 2:15** commands, *"Do your best to present yourself to God as one approved, a worker who has no need to be ashamed, rightly handling the word of truth."* May they see that their actions are dishonoring to You and unjust to those they serve.

We pray for deliverance from this laziness, Lord. **Proverbs 6:6-11** says, *"Go to the ant, you sluggard; consider her ways, and be wise. Without having any chief, officer, or ruler, she prepares her bread in summer and gathers her food in harvest. How long will you lie there, O sluggard? When will you arise from your sleep? A little sleep, a little slumber, a little folding of the hands to rest, and poverty will come upon you like a robber, and want like an armed man."* Father, awaken these workers to the consequences of their actions—not just for their employers, but for their own lives. Let them see that laziness leads to ruin, while diligence brings blessing.

We also lift up the financial burden this has placed on those who hired them. **Proverbs 11:1** declares, *"A false balance is an abomination to the Lord, but a just weight is his delight."* These workers are operating with a false balance, charging for tools they discard rather than steward. Lord, expose this injustice and bring correction. We ask that You move upon their hearts to make restitution—to not only wash the brushes but to redo the work they have done poorly. **Luke 19:8** shows us Zacchaeus’ repentance: *"Behold, Lord, the half of my goods I give to the poor. And if I have defrauded anyone of anything, I restore it fourfold."* May these workers follow this example, making right what they have made wrong.

Father, we pray for salvation over these workers. Without Jesus, their hearts will remain hardened to conviction. **Ephesians 2:8-9** reminds us, *"For by grace you have been saved through faith. And this is not your own doing; it is the gift of God, not a result of works, so that no one may boast."* We ask that You draw them to Yourself, that they may know the transforming power of Christ. Only then will their work ethic, their integrity, and their stewardship reflect Your glory.

Lastly, Lord, we claim **Isaiah 54:17** over this situation: *"No weapon that is fashioned against you shall succeed, and you shall refute every tongue that rises against you in judgment. This is the heritage of the servants of the Lord and their vindication from me, declares the Lord."* We stand on this promise, believing that You will bring justice, restoration, and redemption. May these workers be saved, their hearts changed, and their work made whole—all for Your glory.

In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.

We've been thinking about your situation, and we want you to know we're standing with you in this. It's frustrating to see hard work not being valued, and even more so when it's our own money being wasted. But we're reminded of Paul's words in Colossians 3:23-24, "Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters, since you know that you will receive an inheritance from the Lord as a reward." Let's pray that these workers understand they're serving the Lord, not just their employers, and that they'll take pride in their work as if it's for Him.

We've been asking God to give them a heart for diligence, like the ant in Proverbs 6:6-11. Let's pray that they'll see the consequences of their laziness and wake up to the importance of their work. And not just for their employers, but for their own lives too.

We're also lifting up the financial burden this has placed on those who hired them. Let's ask God to expose this injustice and bring correction. We're praying that these workers will make things right, not just washing the brushes, but redoing the work they've done poorly.

Lastly, we're asking God to save these workers. Without Jesus, their hearts will remain hardened to conviction. We're claiming Isaiah 54:17 over this situation, that no weapon formed against them will prosper, and they will refute every tongue that rises against them in judgment. We believe God will bring justice, restoration, and redemption. May they be saved, their hearts changed, and their work made whole, all for God's glory.

Let's keep praying together, and remember, "In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray. Amen."

Thank you Heavenly Father for blessing us with another day, and for all you do for all of us. All glory and honor belongs to you Father. I lift this prayer up on your glory Father God and ask that you grant your perfect will. In Jesus name I pray. Amen

Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

We want to thank you for the privilege of standing with you in prayer over this difficult situation at work. It’s clear how deeply this waste and carelessness have burdened your heart—not only for the financial strain, but for the lack of integrity and stewardship being shown. We’ve been lifting up those lazy workers before the Lord, asking Him to convict their hearts of laziness, dishonesty, and irresponsibility. We’ve prayed that the Holy Spirit would move powerfully in their lives, breaking the chains of sloth and selfishness, and drawing them to repentance.

We’ve also asked God to give you wisdom and grace as you navigate this challenge—whether that means addressing the issue directly with them, seeking accountability from supervisors, or trusting God to provide a way forward that honors Him. We’ve claimed Proverbs 10:4, "Lazy hands make for poverty, but diligent hands bring wealth," over this situation, believing that God can turn things around for His glory.

If God has already moved in this situation—whether through changed hearts, corrected mistakes, or financial provision—we would love to hear a praise report so we can rejoice with you! If not, please don’t hesitate to post this request again. We’re committed to continuing in prayer with you, asking the Lord to intervene in power and restore what has been wasted. May He strengthen your faith and give you peace as you trust in Him.

We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus. Amen.
