Law about noise in public transportation

Natasha 2

Beloved of All
More and more people are listening loud cellphones in a train/public transportation and conducters say What should i do? (???) and i say to them - they are disrupting other peoples peace and it should be not allowed. I am sure that some kind of law exist in railway regulations but they dont care. Also ### people have entered the wrong train because they have not announced that the right one is late. And certainly the conducter transferred the blame on passengers. Lord please deal with this unbeleivable arrogant behaviours - railway company cares only about money, not about people. They make mess for ### and more years. Lord stop this in Jesus name!!

I begg for some strict law about the noise in train and public transpprtations and let the law be executed properly in Jesus name!!

We hear your frustration and we join with you in seeking the Lord's peace and order in this situation, and we thank you for bringing it before Him in Jesus' name.

It is right to desire peace and consideration for others in public places. The loud and inconsiderate use of cell phones on trains does disturb the peace of fellow passengers, and it shows a lack of love for neighbor. Scripture calls us to look not only to our own interests but also to the interests of others Philippians 2:4 and to love our neighbor as ourselves Matthew 22:39. When people act without regard for those around them, it is unloving and it disrupts the order God desires, for God is not a God of confusion, but of peace 1 Corinthians 14:33.

We also understand your distress over the confusion with the trains, the lack of announcements, and the conductors shifting blame onto passengers. It is discouraging when those in positions of responsibility seem to care more for profit than for people and act with arrogance. We are reminded that every person will give account for how they steward their responsibilities, and that authorities are called to serve with justice. We are also called to be subject to the governing authorities and regulations, for there is no authority except from God, and those who exist are ordained by God Romans 13:1. Laws and railway regulations are meant to protect order and the well-being of all, and it is good to pray that such laws would be just, clear, and properly enforced.

At the same time we encourage us all to guard our own hearts against letting frustration turn into bitter anger or contempt, for we are told let all bitterness, wrath, anger, outcry, and slander, be put away from you, with all malice. And be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving each other, just as God also in Christ forgave you Ephesians 4:31-32. A gentle answer turns away wrath, but a harsh word stirs up anger Proverbs 15:1. This does not mean we should not seek what is right, but that we do so with patience and grace, even as we are firm about what is right.

We also take comfort that you have called upon the Lord in Jesus' name, for it is through Him we have access to the Father and it is in His name our prayers are heard. Jesus said I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me John 14:6.

We pray together now.

Father in heaven, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord. You see the noise and disorder on public transportation and the inconsiderate behavior that disturbs the peace of many. Lord, we ask that You would move upon the hearts of passengers to be more considerate and loving toward one another, and to show respect in shared spaces. We pray for the railway companies, for managers and conductors, that You would give them a spirit of service, humility, and responsibility, that they would care for people and not only for money, and that they would communicate clearly and take responsibility when mistakes are made. Lord, we ask that You would raise up and guide those who make laws and regulations, that just and reasonable rules concerning noise and order in public transportation would be established and executed properly and fairly. We pray for the authorities over these matters, as You instruct us to make petitions, prayers, intercessions, and givings of thanks for all men, for kings and all who are in high places, that we may lead a tranquil and quiet life in all godliness and reverence 1 Timothy 2:1-2. Grant us patience and peace in our own hearts, and help us not to be overcome by anger but to commit these frustrations to You, casting all our worries on You because You care for us 1 Peter 5:7. Let us pursue what makes for peace and not let anxiety rule us, but in everything by prayer and petition with thanksgiving let our requests be made known to You, and Your peace which surpasses all understanding will guard our hearts and thoughts in Christ Jesus Philippians 4:6-7. We ask for Your justice and Your mercy to prevail, and for Your will to be done. In Jesus' name we pray, Amen.

We encourage you to continue to bring this before the Lord, and also to pursue peaceful and proper channels where you can, such as making a respectful written appeal to the railway company or to local authorities about the need for clear announcements and for enforcement of quiet and order, doing so with gentleness and respect 1 Peter 3:15. Trust that the Lord hears and that He is at work even when change seems slow.

We hear how wearing these daily rides have become for you. Wanting a quiet, orderly trip and instead facing loud phones, no clear announcements, and being brushed off by staff can leave you feeling dismissed and powerless. It makes sense you would feel so frustrated after dealing with this for a long time.

We have found anger often works like a signal. It can point to something underneath, like the hurt of not being heard, the frustration of blocked expectations in the moment, or the worry that nothing will change. Noticing that signal can help keep the energy of it from weighing only on you, and help you choose a steadier next response rather than carrying it all day.

One small step that sometimes helps in situations like this is to put the concern in writing calmly and specifically. If you are able, you could keep a brief note of date, time, train line, and what happened, and submit it through the railway's formal feedback or complaint channel and ask for their written passenger regulations on noise and announcements. A written record is often taken more seriously than a quick word on the platform, and it gives you a clear record to refer back to.

Father, we bring this frustration to You and ask for peace for our friend in these travels. Give wisdom to those who run the trains and a willingness to care for passengers well. Help our friend to be heard with dignity and to find rest from this burden. Guide what is in Your will to change, in Jesus' name, amen.

Your prayer concerning the noise and disorder upon the trains has been heard, and I understand the heaviness that comes when the quiet of others is broken and when those who bear responsibility seem not to care, and when confusion adds to frustration.

There is a peace which the world cannot give and cannot take away, and it is of this peace I would first remind you. The prophet speaks of one who is kept in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed upon the Lord, because he trusts in Him. This is not merely the absence of outward noise, but the presence of inward rest. As one hymn has it, the blood of Jesus whispers peace within, and that peace may be enjoyed even when thronging duties press and sorrows surge around.

You rightly desire order and consideration in public places. It is good to desire that rulers and those set in charge should act justly and faithfully, for the Lord loves justice and requires that those entrusted with care should be faithful. We may with a clear conscience pray that those who manage the railways and those who serve as conductors would be given a sense of duty and kindness toward all travelers, and that needful regulations for quiet and for clear announcements would be made and rightly carried out. We may pray also for patience for all who travel, that they would show forbearance one to another.

Yet I would gently point you to a still deeper need. The truest peace is peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ. Christ has made peace by His blood, and He is our peace. Peace with God is the fountain, and peace of conscience is the stream that flows from it. Without this foundation there can be no lasting rest, for men may cry peace, peace, where there is no peace. But when a soul is reconciled to God by the atonement of Christ, there is a peace which passes all understanding, a filling peace, a well founded peace, which remains even when outward circumstances are trying.

Do not seek after peace first as though it were a thing to be wrought by law alone. Seek after Christ first, and peace will come next. Bear your present trial with Him, cast your care upon Him who is unmoved while we are troubled, and ask Him to keep your heart in His perfect peace even while you wait for better order around you.

Let us pray together.

O God of peace, who art called the God of peace and who hast made peace for us by the blood of Thy Son, we come to Thee through Jesus Christ alone, in whom alone is salvation. Grant to this Thy servant a heart stayed upon Thee, and keep him in perfect peace as he trusts in Thee. Give peace within, even when without there is noise and confusion. Grant also, in Thy mercy, that those who bear rule and those who serve in these public trusts may act with justice and consideration, and that order may be maintained for the good of all. Teach us all to do the will of Jesus, for there is rest therein, and to go in peace through this world until Thou callest us to Heaven's perfect peace. We ask this in the name of Jesus Christ, our only hope and our peace. Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

Your concern for peace and order on the trains is heard and understood, and it is right to desire quiet and consideration in a shared public space. When loud noise, confusion about schedules, and dismissive responses from those in charge disrupt daily life, it is natural to feel frustrated and to long for a clear rule that is fairly applied.

Scripture teaches that peace is a great good, the mother of all good things and the foundation of joy. Christ himself said, Peace I leave with you, my peace I give to you, and those who make peace are called sons of God, while those who stir up disturbance follow a different path. The peace God gives is meant to rule in our hearts like an umpire. When we are insulted or inconvenienced, two thoughts often wrestle within us, one urging revenge or bitter anger and the other urging endurance and gentleness. If the peace of God is allowed to decide, it gives the prize to endurance and puts anger to shame.

That is why self control matters so much in moments like these. One who insults or acts arrogantly is like a sea tossed by a storm, but the one who keeps self control is like a harbor free from disturbance. Even when we must correct or appeal, we can do so without anger, and that is both wiser and more effective. If those who provoke see that they have not succeeded in making us bitter, they are more likely to become calm themselves. We are also reminded to live soberly, as if in the presence of witnesses, for God sees all and has care for each person.

It is good to pray for proper order and for those who have authority to enforce it, and it is also good to make a calm and respectful appeal where you can, asking the railway officials to apply their own regulations with fairness and care for passengers. At the same time, ask the Lord to guard your own heart from being overcome by anger, so that you may be a peacemaker in that small space where God has placed you.

Let us pray together. Father, in the name of Jesus Christ we ask you to bring peace where there is noise and confusion. Grant wisdom and integrity to those who manage public transportation, that they would act with fairness, clarity, and care for people. Help conductors and staff to speak truthfully and to serve with kindness. Give to all passengers, and to the one who has prayed, patience, self control, and a heart ruled by your peace, so that even in frustration your love may be shown. We ask for good order to be established and carried out properly, and for your peace, which passes understanding, to guard hearts and minds in Christ Jesus. Amen.
