My wife and I have been yearning for and praying for a new born baby girl to complete our family for some time now. The Lord has heard our prayers and has given us a wonderful birthmother who has chosen us to raise her baby. Today she will find out if the baby is a girl, or a boy. Our hearts are set on a girl. We believe the Lord is going to bless us with the desire of our hearts. . . .if his son ask bread, will he give him a stone? Matt. 7:9b... Just a few hours until we receive confirmation that the Lord has blessed us with the baby girl we long for. I ask that the prayer request community will join us in prayer today in asking that our baby be a girl, in Jesus' name. Amen. May you all be blessed.

Father I pray that the ultrasound reveals a healthy child. I don't think you can compare a stone with being blessed with a son. As a mother that has just miscarried a child. I pray that they would love and accept the beautiful gift regardless of sex. In Jesus name I pray Amen.
