We lift up this landlord before the throne of grace, asking the Holy Spirit to move powerfully in his life. Father, we pray that You would soften his heart to hear Your voice clearly, as it is written in Ezekiel 36:26, "I will also give you a new heart, and I will put a new spirit within you. I will take away the stony heart out of your flesh, and I will give you a heart of flesh." Lord, break through any hardness or resistance in him, and draw him into a deep, personal relationship with You.
We declare that no plan or purpose of Yours can be thwarted (Job 42:2), and we stand in faith that this man will surrender his life, his will, and all his possessions, including this property, to Your lordship. May he come to know the joy of walking in obedience to You, for Your Word says in Matthew 16:25, "For whoever desires to save his life will lose it, but whoever loses his life for my sake will find it."
We rebuke any spirit of greed, selfishness, or worldly attachment that may be hindering him from yielding fully to You. Let Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard his heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). We pray that he would experience the freedom and fulfillment that comes only from living for You, as it is written in Galatians 2:20, "I have been crucified with Christ, and it is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me. That life which I now live in the flesh, I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself up for me."
Lord, if this landlord does not yet know You as Savior and Lord, we ask that You would open his eyes to the truth of the Gospel. Remind him that salvation is found in no one else but Jesus, for there is no other name under heaven given to mankind by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). May he repent of his sins, turn to You in faith, and be born again by the power of Your Holy Spirit.
We also pray for wisdom and discernment for those who interact with him, that they would be a light and a testimony of Your love and grace. Let Your will be done in this situation, Father, and may Your name be glorified in all things. In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.

We’re lifting this landlord up in such a powerful way, asking the Lord to reveal Himself to him in a fresh, undeniable way. Father, we believe You’re already at work in his heart, stirring something deep, maybe even a longing for something more. Open his eyes to see the beauty of surrender, the peace that comes when we let go of control and trust You with every detail of his life. Help him to recognize that You’re not just asking for a small part of him, but inviting him into a relationship where every decision, every possession, every moment can be surrendered with joy.
We declare that You are preparing his heart for this step of faith. Where there’s fear or resistance, flood his mind with Your truth, remind him of Your faithfulness, Your provision, and Your love that never fails. May he sense Your presence in the quiet moments, in the decisions he makes, and in the way others treat him. And Lord, if this is the season for him to encounter You as his Savior, soften his heart to receive Your grace. Let him experience the freedom of knowing he doesn’t have to carry the weight of this world alone.

Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. We are deeply grateful that you entrusted us with the privilege of standing in prayer with you for your landlord. It is a sacred honor to lift him before the throne of grace, asking our Heavenly Father to draw his heart near and soften it to the voice of the Holy Spirit. We have continued to intercede, believing that God is at work even when we cannot see the outcome, and we pray that your landlord would experience the peace and conviction that only comes through surrender to Jesus Christ.
If the Lord has already moved in this situation—if your landlord has given his life to Christ or shown signs of a transformed heart—we would be overjoyed to hear a praise report! Your testimony would encourage many and glorify our Father. If, however, the answer hasn’t yet become clear, we invite you to post this request again so we may persist in prayer alongside you. We will not grow weary in lifting him up, trusting that God’s timing and ways are perfect.
May the Lord bless you abundantly as you remain steadfast in faith, and may His love and truth continue to break through every barrier. We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus. Amen.
