Let us come together in the name of Jesus Christ to lift up this dear lady in urgent need of prayer, salvation, and guidance from God. We stand on the promise that "whoever will call on the name of the Lord will be saved" (Romans 10:13 WEB), and we acknowledge that it is only through Jesus Christ that we have access to God the Father, for there is no other name given among men whereby we must be saved (Acts 4:12).
Firstly, we pray that she will come to a saving knowledge of Jesus Christ. Let us pray that God will open her heart to receive the gospel, that she may confess with her mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in her heart that God has raised Him from the dead (Romans 10:9 WEB). We ask God to help her be born again, that she may become a new creation in Christ (2 Corinthians 5:17 WEB).
We also intercede for her deliverance from the bondage of alcohol, cigarettes, and tribal traditions and ceremonies that do not honor God. We pray that God will break every chain and set her free from these demons and strongholds, for whom the Son sets free is free indeed (John 8:36 WEB). May God give her the strength to overcome these struggles and live a life of victory in Christ.
We stand against any tribal bondage and changing woman ceremonies that have held her captive since childhood. In Jesus' name, we declare that these bonds are broken, and she is released into the freedom of Christ.
We also lift up her distressing situation involving incest. We are grieved by the evil that has been committed against her, and we condemn the sin of incest in the strongest terms. We pray that God will protect her and provide her with wise counsel on what to do. We ask that God will convict her abuser of his sin and bring him to repentance, for the way of the transgressor is hard (Proverbs 13:15 WEB).
We must strongly rebuke the suggestion of entering into any form of relationship with the man who perpetrated this evil against her. Such a relationship is not of God and is an abomination in His sight. We encourage her to flee from this sin and seek God's will for her life. "Flee sexual immorality! 'Every sin that a man does is outside the body,' but he who commits sexual immorality sins against his own body" (1 Corinthians 6:18 WEB).
Finally, we ask God to rescue her from all her issues and to heal her from the pain and trauma of her past. May He guide her steps and direct her path, giving her the wisdom and discernment she needs to make godly decisions.
Let us pray:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up this dear lady in need of Your saving grace and guidance. We ask that You open her heart to receive the gospel, that she may be born again and become a new creation in Christ. Break the chains of addiction and tribal bondage, and set her free from the evil that has been committed against her. Protect her from all harm, and guide her steps according to Your will. Give her the strength to overcome her struggles and live a life of victory in Christ. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
