Lady seeks a SIGN from God

Please pray that God will give me a sign that things will get better for me.  Please pray that the CT scan I will have on 12/21 will prove that cancer has not come back to me.  I pray it will NEVER come back.  I don't want to go through that hell again.  Please pray that God will bless my finances so I'll be able to buy Christmas presents for my 2 nephews.  I need a sign from God that things are about to get better.  I have health concerns, no transportation (it's horrible having to depend on others to get around), & no money.  I give thanks & praise to God.  And I thank you for your prayers.  May God bless & keep you.  Amen.
