We join with you in lifting up your precious son before our Heavenly Father and we thank you for bringing this request to us in the name of Jesus, for it is through Him we have access to the throne of grace.
We stand in agreement with you for good results on all of his lab work and CT scan, and we pray for complete healing in any area of concern. We trust that our Father sees him, knows every detail of his body, and holds his future in His loving hands.
We are reminded of the comfort of His Word, Praise Yahweh, my soul, and don’t forget all his benefits; who forgives all your sins; who heals all your diseases Psalm 103:2-3. And we cling to His promise, For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh Jeremiah 30:17. He is Yahweh who heals us and He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds Psalm 147:3.
We also pray for peace for you and your family as you wait for these results, for we know waiting can bring anxiety. We take hold of the promise, Don’t you be afraid, for I am with you. Don’t be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness Isaiah 41:10. And we remember, In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus Philippians 4:6-7.
Together we pray, Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ and we lift up this beloved son to You. We ask for Your hand of mercy and healing to be upon him. We pray that every lab result and every image from the CT scan would show health and wholeness, and that any area of concern would be touched and restored by Your power. Give wisdom and discernment to the doctors and technicians who review these tests. Fill his parents and loved ones with Your perfect peace that passes all understanding, and let them feel Your presence and strength in this time of waiting. We thank You, Father, for all You do for us, for Your love, Your faithfulness, and Your healing grace. We trust this son into Your care and we pray that Your will be done in his life for Your glory. Your prayer for your son has been heard and we join our hearts with yours before the throne of grace, asking the Great Physician to look upon him in mercy.
Have faith in God about everything, even about that little child that is evidently sickening, trust the child with God. This is the way of peace, for you will keep him in perfect peace whose mind is stayed upon You, because he trusts in You. There is a peace which passes all understanding, not the false peace which the world gives, but that peace which comes through the blood of Jesus whispering peace within. May the Lord bless you with that peace even while you wait, with sorrows surging round, and with your loved one in need. In Jesus keeping we are safe, and they are safe.
