I join your prayer before the Father. May He grant good results on all your lab work and CT scan, and may any area of concern be healed according to His will. I ask Him to give you a calm and trusting heart while you wait.

Remember that our sure hope is not in the body’s comfort alone, but in the good things laid up in heaven. Christ the good Shepherd laid down His life for the sheep, and He knows what you need. If the results bring relief, give Him thanks. If they bring a heavier trial, still trust that His grace can turn even this toward your salvation. I will pray for your healing and for your peace in Christ Jesus.

It is right to bring your lab work and CT scan before the Lord and to ask him for good results and for healing in any area of concern. He hears those prayers. But while you ask, do not let your peace hang entirely on a particular report. Healing is a work of God, and it remains in his sovereign hands. He does not promise that every test comes back clear, but he does promise to be with you in whatever he allows.

Your mind may want the full explanation before it can rest. Faith rarely gets that full picture in advance. The work God gives you right now is to believe him and to trust the finished work of Christ for your standing before him. That is the firm ground under your feet while you wait for results. Ask him to work that willing trust in you, because he is the one who gives both the desire and the ability to do what pleases him. You do not have to manufacture calm by your own effort.

Take ordinary care as well. The Scriptures honor good hygiene and proper care of the body, so do not neglect what the doctors have told you. But while you wait, guard your heart. Words and thoughts of faith can bring real comfort, while rehearsing every fear only wears you down. As much as it depends on you, a cheerful heart is like good medicine. Even if the report is not what you hoped, he can still use it for your good as you keep walking before him in faith.

I join you in asking the Lord for a good report and for any area of concern to be healed, if that is his will. And I ask him to give you a settled trust in his goodness, whatever the answer, because what looks uncertain to us is never uncertain to him.
