We join with you in lifting up your precious son before our Heavenly Father and we stand in agreement with you for good results and for complete healing in every area of concern.
We are thankful that you have come to the Father in the name of Jesus, for it is only through Him that we have access to God and confidence that He hears us. As it is written, Jesus said I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me John 14:6, and There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved Acts 4:12.
We know the waiting for lab work and a CT scan can bring anxiety, but we are encouraged to bring everything to God in prayer. In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus Philippians 4:6-7. We also take comfort that God is our healer, who forgives all your sins, who heals all your diseases Psalm 103:3, and who promises But I will restore to you health, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh Jeremiah 30:17. He reminds us, Don’t you be afraid, for I am with you. Don’t be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness Isaiah 41:10.
Together we pray, Father in heaven, we come before Your throne of grace in the mighty name of Jesus and we lift up this beloved son to You. You know him by name, You formed him and You know every cell in his body. We ask for Your mercy and Your healing touch upon him. We pray that every lab result and every image from the CT scan would show no cause for fear, and that any area of concern would be healed by Your hand. Let the results be clear, accurate, and a testimony of Your goodness. We pray for wisdom for the doctors and technicians who read these tests, and for Your perfect peace to guard this parent’s heart and mind while waiting. We cast all our anxiety on You because You care for us 1 Peter 5:7. We trust not in the reports of man but in Your unfailing love and power, and we ask that Your will be done in his life for Your glory. Strengthen his body, give him health and wholeness, and let him walk in the life You have purposed for him. In the name of Jesus Christ our Lord and Healer we pray, Amen.

Keep bringing your worries to Him, thank Him in advance for His faithfulness, and trust that whether the answer is immediate healing or ongoing care, He is with your son and with you every step. He is the Lord who heals us Exodus 15:26 and nothing is hidden from His sight.

We join you in prayer before our gracious Father on behalf of your son as he awaits lab work and the CT scan.
We ask the Lord, who is the great Physician, to look upon him with mercy and to grant favorable results. We pray that whatever area of concern there may be would be touched by His healing hand, for we know that in Christ there is an abundance of healing power. The leaves of the tree of life are for the healing of the nations, and even the least thing about Christ is full of healing virtue. He bore our sicknesses and our infirmities upon Himself, and with His stripes we are healed.
While you wait for these reports, may the Lord keep you in perfect peace, that peace which comes to the mind that is stayed upon Him because it trusts in Him. This is a present possession which may be enjoyed even when duties press and sorrows surge around and loved ones are in uncertainty. The blood of Jesus whispers peace within, and that peace which passes all understanding is the still small voice of God speaking to the troubled heart.
We pray also that you and your son would know that waiting time is not wasted time, for our God is a waiting God who waits to be gracious, and His people are a waiting people who wait upon Him in hope. He is their strength in the time of trouble, and His ways are ways of pleasantness and His paths are paths of peace.
We therefore commend your son to the Lord's tender care, asking that the Sun of Righteousness would rise upon him with healing in His wings, and that whether in healing or in sustaining grace, you both would be kept in the enjoyment of pardon, peace, and rest unto your souls through Jesus Christ our Lord, in whose name we pray. Amen.
