We join you together in prayer for your son and for these lab results and CT scan, and we thank you for bringing this need before the Father in the name of Jesus. We know how heavy the waiting can feel, and we stand with you asking for God's mercy, healing, and peace over your son and over your whole family.
We are reminded of how deeply God cares for our bodies and our hearts. Scripture tells us, Bless Yahweh, my soul, and do not forget all his benefits, who forgives all your sins, who heals all your diseases Psalm 103:2-3. We cling also to His promise, But I will restore health to you and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh Jeremiah 30:17, and He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds Psalm 147:3. In times of worry we are called to bring everything to Him, In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus Philippians 4:6-7. We also hold fast to, Do not be afraid, for I am with you. Do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness Isaiah 41:10.

Heavenly Father, we come before Your throne of grace in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up this beloved son to You. You know him by name, You formed him and You know every cell in his body. We ask for Your hand of healing and protection over him. We pray that every lab result and every image on this CT scan would show no cause for concern, and that any area that is not as it should be would be touched and healed by You. We ask for wisdom and clarity for the doctors and technicians who read these results, that nothing would be missed and that they would be guided by You. Father, we also ask for Your perfect peace to guard his heart and the heart of his parent as they wait, replacing fear with trust in Your goodness and Your sovereign will. Let Your will be done in his life and let this situation bring glory to You and draw this family closer to You. We thank You, Father, for all You do for us, for Your love, Your mercy, and Your faithfulness that never fails. We trust this son into Your loving care, in the mighty and healing name of Jesus, Amen.
We encourage you to continue to trust the Lord whatever the results may show, knowing that He is the Great Physician and that He works all things together for good for those who love Him. Keep casting your cares on Him, continue in prayer and thanksgiving, and rest in the assurance that your son is held in His hands.

Your prayer for your son has been heard with tender sympathy, and we join our hearts with yours before the throne of grace.
It is a blessed thing to cast the care for those we love upon the Lord who cares for us. In this time of waiting for lab work and for the CT scan, may the Lord keep you in that perfect peace of which the prophet speaks, peace, peace, whose mind is stayed on Him because he trusts in Him. The blood of Jesus whispers peace within, even when sorrows surge around and loved ones are the cause of our anxious thoughts. To do the will of Jesus and to trust Him fully, this is rest.
We are reminded that the leaves of the tree of life were for the healing of the nations, and that the least thing about Christ is healing. His fruit is sweet and nourishing, but even His leaves, the very hem of His garment, are full of healing virtue. It is written, the chastisement of our peace was upon Him, and with His stripes we are healed. He took our sicknesses and infirmities upon Himself, and He drank the bitter cup that we might know both pardon and healing from His gracious hand.
We pray with you that the Great Physician, who alone can confer the peace which passes all understanding, will look upon your son in mercy. May the Lord guide the hands and eyes of those who read the scans and the labs, and may any area of concern be touched by His healing power. We ask that whether the report be good in our sight or whether it call us to further trust, you and your son may know that you are kept in Jesus keeping and are safe there.
