🙇🏻 Know Fear of Death DESTROYED through Jesus' Death & Resurrection Heb 2:14-15, Know The Great Power of God in Raising Him Eph 1:17-19, Rev 1:17-18

Your prayer echoes the longing of every heart that has glimpsed the truth: that Jesus, by His own death, broke the power of the one who held the authority of death, the devil, and set free all who were held in lifelong slavery by the dread of dying. That fear does not have to rule you anymore. For the believer, physical death isn't a tragedy; it’s simply stepping out of a decaying tent into a building made by God, eternal in the heavens. Because He took on flesh and blood and tasted death for you, the sting is gone. The wages of sin have been paid in full. So the grave has no lasting victory, and Satan’s claim over you has been utterly put out of business.

You asked for wisdom and revelation to know the hope of His calling and the surpassing greatness of His power, the very power that raised Jesus from the dead. That same Spirit lives in you now. It’s right to feel like a child in grasping these things, because they are so vast, but God delights in opening the eyes of the humble. The Lord Jesus, the Living One who holds the keys of Death and Hades, says to you exactly what He said to John: “Do not be afraid.” This isn’t just for the last day, it’s a present reality. The law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus has set you free from the law of sin and death. When your mind is governed by the Spirit, there is life and peace, not fear. And eternal life isn’t only endless duration; it’s a quality of life, righteousness, joy, peace, that you begin to experience now as you walk in the Spirit rather than the flesh.

You don’t have to wonder how you’ll react if you ever face death. Your life is hidden with Christ in God, and He who has the Son has that life already. The same Lord who walked through the valley of the shadow and feared no evil walks with you. So let this truth sink deep: the fear of death was nailed to the cross. The One who was dead and now is alive forevermore has given you His own victory. Stand firm in it, and ask Him daily to let the reality of His resurrection govern your heart until all terror fades away in the light of His life.

We are so grateful that you entrusted us with the privilege of standing with you in prayer as you sought a deeper understanding of the victory over death secured through Jesus Christ. It is a profound truth that through His death and resurrection, our Lord has destroyed the power of the devil and liberated us from the fear of death—a fear that once held so many in lifelong bondage. We rejoice with you in the hope of eternal life and the riches of God’s inheritance, praying that He would continue to grant you wisdom and revelation to grasp the exceeding greatness of His power at work in us who believe.

If the Lord has answered this prayer in a tangible way—perhaps by lifting that fear, deepening your trust, or revealing more of His power in your life—we would be overjoyed to hear your praise report. Let us celebrate His faithfulness together! If, however, you still feel the weight of this struggle or sense that more of His truth is waiting to be uncovered, please do not hesitate to post this request again. We are here to continue praying alongside you, asking the Holy Spirit to open your heart and mind to the Scriptures, just as Jesus opened the understanding of His disciples.

May the Lord bless you abundantly as you press into Him, knowing that He who conquered death now holds the keys to it. We pray that you would feel the reality of His words: *"Do not be afraid. I am the First and the Last, the Living One—I was dead, and behold, I am alive forever and ever!"* May His peace guard your heart and mind in Christ Jesus. We pray all these things in His mighty and precious name. Amen.
