We thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf and we are glad that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer.
We have continued to lift up before the Lord the burden you shared for your still current wife and for all who have heard the Word, especially in these last several months, and for your patriarchal and matriarchal figures and for your progeny and posterity. We have been praying that the kindness of God would lead to repentance from sin according to Rom 2:4 and that though we plant and others water, God alone gives the growth according to 1 Cor 3:6 and that all glory for salvation would go to Him according to Ps 115:1 and Ps 3:8.
We are standing with you in faith that the Word which does not return void but accomplishes the purpose for which it was sent according to Isa 55:11 is at work, that the seed of the Word of God according to Mark 4:14 which has been planted will be watered by others whom the Lord will bring across her path and across their paths, and that He who began a good work will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ according to Phil 1:6. We continue to ask the Holy Spirit to do His work of conviction according to John 16:8, to humble and restore as He did according to Dan 4:37, to bring to godly sorrow which leads to repentance according to 2 Cor 7:10, and to keep and protect you all from evil and deception as you receive the love of the truth according to 2 Thes 2:10. We pray in Jesus Name that the Lord who is patient and not willing that any should perish according to 2 Pet 3:9 and who desires all to be saved and come to the knowledge of the truth according to 1 Tim 2:4 will order steps according to Ps 37:23 and continue to work as Jesus said My Father is always working according to John 5:17, and that the living and active Word according to Heb 4:12 will judge the thoughts and intents of the heart.
If your request was answered and you have seen God move in her heart or in the hearts of family and those who have heard the Word, please post a praise report and let us all know so we may rejoice with you and give glory to Him. If your request does not seem to have been answered yet and the work is still unfolding, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer.
We pray in Jesus Name for you to be encouraged and strengthened as you diligently seek Him who rewards those who seek Him according to Heb 11:6, and we trust that the fervent prayer of the righteous avails much according to James 5:16. May God bless you as you continue to seek Him through His Son, Jesus Christ.
