🙌 Father, we thank You that Your Word does not return void, but like the rain and snow come down from heaven to water the earth and make it vivacious, so is the Word effective in fulfilling the purposes You have ordained for it to accomplish, Isa 55:10-11. Thank You the seed is the Word of God, and that seeds have been planted, Mark 4:14, Mark 4:26, Mark 4:27, Mark 4:28, Mark 4:29. From You and through You and back to You be all glory, Rom 11:36. Please continue working on this wife's heart, bringing fresh truth, restraining evil and carrying any work You've begun on to completion until the day of Christ, Phil 1:6.

🧑‍🎨 CONTINUE to creatively bring others into her path to water seeds, speak truth and show the kindness of God, Rom 2:4, and across the paths of all who have heard the word from all time, especially the last several months, especially for our patriarchal and matriarchal figures, progeny and posterity. Since the steps of the righteous are ordered by You, Ps 37:23, as evidenced by the evangelist and the foreign official reading Isaiah 53 in Acts 8:26-31, the believer in Acts 9:10-11 who was told to go find the future Apostle to the Gentiles, and the Apostles directed to go help a certain man, Acts 16:6-10. You, being perfect AND patient, not willing any perish but rather that all come to repentance, 2 Pet 3:9, and desire all to be saved and come to the knowledge of the truth, even using prayer to that ends, 1 Tim 2:1-4.

🙌 Thanksgiving for our prayers that You are actively using, as "The Word of God is Living and Active and Sharper than any Two-edged Sword, Piercing as far as division of Soul and Spirit, and Judging the Thoughts and Intents of The Heart," Heb 4:12. "My Father is Always Working Even Until Now, And I Myself am Working," Jesus, John 5:17...

🙌 Thank You we and they ARE currently hearing Your Word by The Holy Spirit, John 16:8, we believe before honor comes humility, Prov 18:12, You are humbling those who need to be humbled, Dan 4:37 that they come to their senses, Dan 4:34, 2 Tim 2:26, as the prodigal in Luke 15:17, and Hosea's wife in Hos 2:6-7, and we are experiencing Your Protection as YOU Keep us, them, ALL from evil, deception, lies, temptation, sin, evil people, 2 Tim 3:13, and the evil one by receiving the love of the truth that we may be saved, 2 Thes 2:9-10. Thank You in advance, Mk 11:24, for rewarding persistence, Lk 18:1-5, diligent seeking, Heb 11:6, and that fervent prayers of those made righteous by faith avail much and eventually prevail, James 5:16. Thank You for all this and more, great and mighty things, Jer 33:3, beyond all we can ask of imagine, Eph 3:20, in Jesus’ Name, John 14:13-14, The Amen, Faithful Witness, Origin of God's Creation, Rev 3:14, in Messiah are all the Promises Inherited, Yes and Amen, 2 Cor 1:20.

We join with you in this burden for your wife and for all those who have heard the word, and we thank God for your faithfulness to plant and water while trusting Him for the increase. We hear your heart crying out that the kindness of God would lead her to repentance and that God would receive all the glory in salvation.

We are encouraged by your understanding of the scriptures, that it is God's kindness that leads to repentance as it says in Rom 2:4, and that one plants, another waters, but God gives the growth in 1 Cor 3:6-7. We agree that salvation belongs to the Lord as declared in Ps 3:8 and Jonah 2:9, and that all glory belongs to Him alone as in Ps 115:1, for from Him and through Him and to Him are all things in Rom 11:36. We stand with you for the lifelong covenant of marriage between a man and a woman as God designed it, and we honor your commitment to contend for your wife in prayer rather than to abandon that covenant.

We pray together now for her and for your family.

Father, in the name of Jesus Christ Your Son, we thank You that Your word will not return void but will accomplish what You please and prosper in the thing You sent it to do according to Isa 55:11. We thank You that the seed is the word of God in Mark 4:14 and that seeds have been planted in this wife's heart and in the hearts of patriarchal and matriarchal figures and progeny and posterity. We ask that You continue the good work You have begun and bring it to completion until the day of Jesus Christ as You promise in Phil 1:6. We ask that You convict of sin and righteousness and judgment by Your Holy Spirit as Jesus said in John 16:8, and that Your living and active word would pierce to the division of soul and spirit and judge the thoughts and intents of the heart in Heb 4:12.

Lord, we ask that You would creatively order steps as in Ps 37:23 and bring faithful witnesses across her path to water what has been planted, to speak truth in love and to show the kindness that leads to repentance. Just as You directed Philip to the Ethiopian in Acts 8:26, and Ananias to Saul in Acts 9:10, and Paul through a vision to Macedonia in Acts 16:9, we ask You to send laborers into her path and into the paths of all who have heard the word in these last months. You are patient, not wishing that any should perish but that all should come to repentance in 2 Pet 3:9, and You desire all people to be saved and come to the knowledge of the truth in 1 Tim 2:4, and we pray that this would be so for her.

We pray for true humbling that leads to restoration. Before honor comes humility in Prov 18:12, and You are able to humble those who walk in pride as You did with Nebuchadnezzar until he lifted his eyes and his understanding returned in Dan 4:34 and Dan 4:37. Grant her to come to her senses as the prodigal did when he came to himself in Luke 15:17, and as You hedged in Hosea's wife in Hos 2:6 that she would return. Grant godly sorrow that works repentance to salvation which brings no regret in 2 Cor 7:10. Keep her and keep us from evil and deception and the evil one, for You are faithful to guard us from evil in 2 Thes 3:3, and help all to receive the love of the truth that they may be saved as warned in 2 Thes 2:10.

Father, we thank You that You are always working even now as Jesus said in John 5:17, and we thank You in advance that what we ask in prayer believing we will receive in Mark 11:24. Teach us to pray and not to faint as in Luke 18:1, for You reward those who diligently seek You in Heb 11:6, and the earnest prayer of a righteous person has great power and wonderful results in James 5:16. We ask You to show us great and mighty things which we do not know in Jer 33:3 and to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think according to the power that works in us in Eph 3:20. All of Your promises are yes and amen in Christ in 2 Cor 1:20, and whatever we ask in the name of Jesus You will do that the Father may be glorified in the Son in John 14:13. We trust not in our planting or watering, but in You who alone saves, for salvation belongs to our God who sits on the throne and to the Lamb in Rev 7:10.

We encourage you, brother, to remain steadfast in love, in truth, in purity and in prayer, continuing to speak the word with grace and to live before her and your family in a way that adorns the gospel. Continue to plant and water faithfully, leaving the growth and the timing to the Lord who is both perfect and patient. We are praying with you for her full repentance unto life and for the restoration and strengthening of your marriage for the glory of God.

We've read your prayer and we are moved by your steady love for your wife and your desire to see God glorified in her life. Carrying this kind of burden for months takes perseverance, and we want you to know we are standing with you in it.

What you described about planting and watering while trusting God for the growth is a helpful way to rest. You can be faithful to love her well, to speak truth kindly when given opportunity, and to keep praying, while leaving the deeper work of the heart to Him. That takes pressure off you to produce a result and frees you to keep loving her day by day.

One simple next step that may help is to keep a brief prayer record, just a few lines noting when you pray and any small encouragements you see, so on harder days you can look back and remember God's faithfulness to hear.

Father, we lift this wife to You and ask for Your kindness to soften her heart and draw her toward You. Work in her life in the ways only You can, guard her from deception and bring trusted voices across her path. Give her husband peace as he waits and wisdom to love her well. We trust her and their family to Your care, in Jesus' name, amen.

Your prayer is heard and it is a right and good thing to plead that the kindness of God would lead to repentance, for it is written that it is the goodness of God that leadeth to repentance, and that salvation belongeth unto the Lord.

We join you in asking the Lord to grant not a carnal repentance which is of the flesh and after the manner of the sinful nature, but that holy, healthy, heavenly repentance which is worked in the renewed heart by the Holy Spirit. True repentance gives God glory. It makes a rainbow with tears of grief for sin and glances of hope at the love of Christ and His great finished work. There are degrees of repentance, and the least repentance will save the soul if it is sincere, yet it must be a repentance unto life, the germ which contains all the essentials of salvation. Weigh it in these scales, that it leads the soul to look out of self to Christ and to Christ only.

Remember that repentance is not a preparation for grace, it is the first result of grace working within the soul. We are to preach repentance in the name of Jesus, as the gift of God. Where there is no repentance there can be no remission, but where there is that godly sorrow which needeth not to be repented of, there is full and free forgiveness. Faith and repentance are inseparable graces, and both are necessary unto salvation, yet nothing is to be trusted to but the finished work of Jesus Christ upon Calvary. Salvation is of the Lord who sitteth upon the throne and unto the Lamb. His word is, Look unto me and be ye saved, all the ends of the earth. To look is to trust, to depend upon Him without fear as to present and eternal salvation. It is believing on a Person, and it is without money and without price. If a soul believeth in Christ with all the heart, that salvation is secure.

We take comfort with you that one planteth and another watereth, but God giveth the increase, and that His Word shall not return void but shall accomplish that which He pleases, as the rain cometh down from heaven to water the earth. The seed is the Word of God, and you have planted it in faith. The Word of God is living and active and sharper than any two edged sword, piercing to the dividing of soul and spirit and judging the thoughts and intents of the heart. It is the Holy Spirit who convinces of sin, and who humbles those who need to be humbled, that they may come to themselves as the prodigal did, and as Nebuchadnezzar was brought to lift his eyes unto heaven. Before honor is humility, and the Lord in His perfect patience is not willing that any should perish but that all should come to repentance.

Therefore we pray with you that the Lord would continue the work He has begun and carry it on to completion until the day of Christ, that He would creatively order steps and bring others across her path to water the seed and to speak truth and to show the kindness of God, as He ordered the steps of Philip to the Ethiopian and of Ananias to Saul. We ask that He would do this also for all who have heard the Word in these months, for patriarchal and matriarchal figures, for progeny and posterity, that He would keep them from evil and from deception and from the evil one, and grant them to receive the love of the truth that they may be saved. We pray that He would restore unto any who have fallen the joy of His salvation and uphold them with His free Spirit.

Continue in fervent prayer, for the prayer of a righteous man availeth much, and our Father worketh hitherto and Christ worketh. He rewards those who diligently seek Him and honors persistence. Not unto us, O Lord, not unto us, but to Thy name give glory. To Him be all glory, for of Him and through Him and to Him are all things. We ask all this in the name of Jesus, in whom all the promises are yea and amen, trusting that He who is the faithful witness will do great and mighty things beyond all that we ask or think.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

Your burden for your wife's repentance and for God's glory in salvation is right and good, and we join you in bringing it before the Lord.

You have prayed according to Scripture that the kindness of God leads to repentance, that one plants and another waters but God gives the growth, and that salvation belongs to the Lord. This is true. His Word does not return empty but accomplishes what He purposes, like rain watering the earth. The seed is the Word of God, and when it is sown faithfully we can trust Him to bring forth life in His time. We also join you in thanking Him that He is patient, not willing that any should perish but that all should come to repentance, and that He desires all to be saved and to come to the knowledge of the truth through Jesus Christ alone, for there is no other name by which we are saved.

We hold fast what Scripture teaches about marriage. Marriage is a bond ordained by God, a lifelong covenant of one man and one woman. It is honorable and pure, and its good is to preserve holiness and keep the body pure, not permitting union outside of it. Whatever breaks that covenant, whether by leaving one's own wife or husband or by entering into another union, is unrighteousness and a severing of what God has joined. We cannot ask God to bless what He calls sin, but we do ask Him to bless repentance and restoration, to guard what He has ordained and to make it whole again.

Therefore we pray with you for true repentance for your wife and for all who have heard the Word. Scripture distinguishes two kinds of sorrow. Worldly sorrow works death, but godly sorrow works repentance unto salvation not to be regretted. Tears alone are not enough, as Esau sought the blessing with tears yet found no place of repentance because his heart was not truly turned. True repentance washes away pollution by turning from sin, with tears and prayers and a changed life, and God in His mercy receives such a heart through the one sacrifice of Christ offered once for all.

We ask the Holy Spirit to do His work to convict of sin and to bring humility before honor comes, that those who need to be humbled may come to their senses as the prodigal did when he came to himself, and as Nebuchadnezzar was humbled and restored when he lifted his eyes to heaven. We pray that God will keep you and your wife from evil, deception and temptation, and from the love of lies, and that He will grant a love for the truth that leads to salvation. We pray that He will continue to order steps and bring faithful people across her path to water the seed that has been planted, to speak truth in love and to show the kindness that leads to life.

Continue steadfastly in prayer. The Word of God is living and active, sharper than any two edged sword, judging the thoughts and intents of the heart. The Father is still working, and Christ is working, and He who began a good work will carry it to completion until the day of Christ. We thank God in advance for hearing the persistent, fervent prayers of those made righteous by faith, which avail much, and we trust Him to do beyond all we can ask or imagine, not for our praise but for His glory.

We pray that God would grant your wife godly sorrow that leads to life, faith in Jesus Christ alone for salvation, and a renewed love for holiness and for the marriage covenant as He ordained it. We pray that He would give you peace as you pursue peace with all and holiness, strength to walk in purity, and hope as you wait on Him. May all glory be His, from whom and through whom and to whom are all things, in Jesus name, Amen.
