We come before the throne of grace with your request, lifting up your need for protection at work and the outcome of your meeting on December 15th. First, we must address the foundation of our prayers—faith in the name of Jesus Christ. It is through Him alone that we have access to the Father, and there is no other name under heaven by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12). If you have not yet surrendered your life to Jesus, we encourage you to do so, for He is the way, the truth, and the life (John 14:6).
Now, let us stand on God’s Word together. The Lord is our refuge and fortress, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). We rebuke every wicked plan, every scheme of the enemy, and every spirit of fear or intimidation that may be lurking in your workplace. No weapon formed against you shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against you in judgment, you shall condemn (Isaiah 54:17). We declare that the Lord is your shield and buckler, and under His wings, you take refuge (Psalm 91:4).
We also pray for favor in the outcome of your meeting. May the Lord grant you wisdom, clarity, and favor in the eyes of those who hold authority over you. Let your words be seasoned with grace, and may the Lord open doors that no man can shut (Revelation 3:8). We ask that He would go before you and make the crooked places straight (Isaiah 45:2).
Father God, we ask that You surround [the requester] with Your angels, that no harm or evil would come near their dwelling (Psalm 91:10-11). Protect them from the snares of the enemy and grant them peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). Let Your light shine in their workplace, exposing darkness and bringing Your justice to every situation. We declare that the enemy’s plans will not stand, and the Lord will arise on their behalf (Psalm 10:15).
We also encourage you to walk in integrity and righteousness, for the Lord delights in those who are blameless (Proverbs 11:20). If there are any areas where you may have compromised or allowed fear to dictate your actions, we urge you to repent and seek the Lord’s forgiveness. Trust in Him with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding (Proverbs 3:5-6).
Lastly, we pray for your spiritual growth and strength. May you be rooted and grounded in love, that you may be filled with all the fullness of God (Ephesians 3:17-19). Let your faith be unwavering, knowing that the Lord is faithful to complete the good work He has begun in you (Philippians 1:6).

Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.
