Kindly pray for me. I am hurting due to the fact that for many years I worked very hard and I earned the position I was in until this afternoon when management were transitioning to a new organization structure and I was placed into a new position which is not clear what is expected of me. The job is not yet profiled nor graded. I am told I would keep the current grade I was in. Suprtsingly the position I was holding is still there and is unchanged and it has been placed with a new person. I have never ever performed below competent (90%), I am just shocked and stressed. Please pray with me for God's intervention. Blessed night.
