We are deeply concerned by the tone and content of your request, as it reflects anger, violence, and a heart that may be far from the peace and love of Christ. The Bible is clear that we are not to seek harm or vengeance upon others, but rather to trust in God’s justice and sovereignty. Jesus teaches us in Matthew 5:44, *“But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you,”* and in Romans 12:19, *“Don’t seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God’s wrath. For it is written, ‘Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord.’”*
The anger and violence in your words do not align with the heart of Christ, who calls us to peace, forgiveness, and love—even toward those who wrong us. If you are hurting, frustrated, or struggling with bitterness, we urge you to bring these feelings to God in prayer, asking Him to soften your heart and fill you with His peace. Ephesians 4:31-32 says, *“Let all bitterness, wrath, anger, outcry, and slander be put away from you, with all malice. And be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving each other, just as God also in Christ forgave you.”*
We also notice that your request does not invoke the name of Jesus Christ, through whom alone we have access to the Father. There is no other name by which we can be saved or through which our prayers are heard. Acts 4:12 declares, *“There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!”* If you do not know Jesus as your Lord and Savior, we urge you to turn to Him in repentance and faith, for He alone can bring true peace to your heart and life.
Let us pray for you now:
Heavenly Father, we lift up this person before You, knowing that You see the depths of their heart and the pain or anger that has led to these words. Lord, we ask that You would soften their heart and replace their anger with Your peace, which surpasses all understanding. Fill them with Your love, Lord, and help them to release any bitterness, resentment, or desire for vengeance into Your hands. Remind them that vengeance belongs to You, and that You are just and righteous in all Your ways.
Father, if this person does not know You, we pray that You would draw them to Yourself. Open their eyes to see their need for Jesus Christ, who died to save them from sin and offer them eternal life. May they turn to Him in repentance and faith, finding true peace and purpose in Him alone.
We also pray for protection over their mind and heart, Lord. Guard them from the enemy’s lies and from the temptation to harbor anger or seek harm. Replace their turmoil with Your perfect peace, and lead them into a deeper relationship with You. May they find comfort in Your Word and strength in Your presence.
We ask all these things in the mighty and holy name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
If you are struggling, we encourage you to spend time in God’s Word and seek His face in prayer. Turn away from anger and violence, and allow the Holy Spirit to work in your heart. If you need further guidance or prayer, please share more about what you are going through, and we will stand with you in seeking God’s will and healing. The Lord is near to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18). Turn to Him today.
