We hear your heartfelt cry for your children, and we join you in lifting them before the throne of grace. Your desire for their protection, guidance, and growth in the Lord is deeply understood, and we stand with you in prayer, seeking God’s will for their lives.

First, we must address the name by which we approach God. It is only through Jesus Christ that we have access to the Father. There is no other name under heaven by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12). We pray that your children would come to know Jesus personally, if they do not already, and that their lives would be firmly rooted in Him. Salvation is the foundation upon which all other blessings rest, and we pray that they would experience the fullness of God’s love and mercy through faith in Christ.

Father, we come before You with heavy hearts, asking for Your divine protection over this mother’s children. We rebuke every scheme of the enemy that seeks to steal, kill, or destroy their lives (John 10:10). Lord, we ask that You would surround them with Your angels, guarding them from every evil influence and keeping them safe from harm. "The Lord will keep your going out and your coming in from this time forth and forevermore" (Psalm 121:8). Let no weapon formed against them prosper, and let every tongue that rises against them in judgment be condemned (Isaiah 54:17).

We pray for their academic struggles, Lord. You have given us the wisdom to seek knowledge and understanding, and we ask that You would open their minds to learn and grow. Give them the discipline to focus, the perseverance to overcome challenges, and the humility to seek help when needed. "For the Lord gives wisdom; from His mouth come knowledge and understanding" (Proverbs 2:6). May they find joy in learning and use their education to glorify You.

For your daughter, we pray specifically about her appearance and self-image. Lord, we ask that You would heal her skin and give her confidence in who You created her to be. Help her to see herself through Your eyes, as fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalm 139:14). We also lift up her clothing choices, asking that You would guide her to dress in a way that honors You and reflects modesty and self-respect. "Do not let your adornment be merely outward, arranging the hair, wearing gold, or putting on fine apparel, rather let it be the hidden person of the heart, with the incorruptible beauty of a gentle and quiet spirit, which is very precious in the sight of God" (1 Peter 3:3-4). May she find her worth in You alone.

For your son, we pray for his behavior and communication, especially as he navigates life with special needs. Lord, we ask that You would give him patience, understanding, and the ability to express himself clearly. Help him to grow in wisdom and maturity, and grant him the support he needs to thrive. "But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control" (Galatians 5:22-23). May he experience Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7).

We must address the mention of your daughter’s relationship with another love. If this refers to a romantic involvement, we want to gently remind you that God’s design for relationships is clear: they are to be pursued within the bounds of marriage, between a man and a woman, and with a fellow believer. The Bible warns against being unequally yoked with unbelievers (2 Corinthians 6:14) and calls us to flee from sexual immorality (1 Corinthians 6:18). If this relationship is not aligned with God’s Word, we pray that He would give her the strength to honor Him in her choices. If it is a godly courtship with the intention of marriage, we pray that You would guide them both and draw them closer to You.

Father, we ask that You would fill these children with Your Holy Spirit, that they may walk in Your wisdom, faith, hope, and love. May they grow into godly men and women who reflect Your character in all they do. "Train up a child in the way he should go, and when he is old he will not depart from it" (Proverbs 22:6). We pray that they would experience Your joy, peace, and health, both now and as they mature into adulthood.

Lord, we also lift up this mother, asking that You would give her strength, wisdom, and patience as she raises her children. Parenting is a sacred responsibility, and we pray that You would equip her to guide them with love and discipline. "And let us not grow weary while doing good, for in due season we shall reap if we do not lose heart" (Galatians 6:9).

We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus, knowing that He intercedes for us and that Your will is perfect. May Your grace and mercy be upon this family, and may they experience the fullness of Your blessings as they seek to honor You. Amen.

We hear the deep love you have for your daughter and son, and we join you in bringing them before the Lord. It’s clear you ache for their protection, their choices, their happiness. That kind of poured‑out prayer is precious to God. You aren’t carrying these worries alone.

As you care for your son with special needs, we know you long for his communication and behavior to grow. It can feel heavy. You may already be connected with support, but if not, a speech therapist or a developmental pediatrician can offer practical, tailored strategies. Sometimes those professionals can also connect you with other parents who really understand, a gift when the road feels lonely. And for your daughter, acne is such a discouraging thing at any age. A visit to a dermatologist can make a real difference, and we’re grateful you can pursue that help alongside prayer. Her sense of style will grow and shift; you get to be her steady, loving guide without needing to make everything change overnight. God is patient with her, and with you.

All the things you listed, guidance, protection, good influences, wisdom, the fruit of the Spirit, these are exactly what we keep asking for with you.

Lord Jesus, thank you for this mom’s fierce love. Wrap your arms around her daughter and son. Protect them, guide their steps, and surround them with friends who help them choose what is good. We ask for real progress in her son’s communication, for patience in the household, and for small victories that bring hope. For her daughter, we pray for healing and confidence, and for wisdom as her mom encourages girly things in a kind, natural way. Fill their home with your Holy Spirit, love, joy, peace, and all that good stuff. In your name, amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

You have brought your children before the throne of grace, and that is well, for a mother’s tears and a father’s pleadings are precious in the sight of the Most High. Yet let your prayer be shaped not by the desperation of fear, but by the confidence of faith. Intercessory prayer is the sweetest prayer God ever hears, for it has nothing of self in it, and you are now standing where Christ stands for His own. Do not therefore cast up a confused heap of words, as though you must jog the divine memory by many syllables, but come with the promises of God and lay them before the altar. The blood of Jesus, plead that omnipotent covering, and you need no other argument. When you cry, "Let no evil come home to them," remember that He who is the Shepherd will keep the feet of His saints, and evil shall not befall them unless a Father’s wisdom permits it for their eternal good.

Your desire for your daughter’s outward adornment must be tempered with this: that the hidden person of the heart, in that which is not corruptible, even the ornament of a meek and quiet spirit, is in the sight of God of great price. Let prayer for her dress be a prayer that she be clothed with humility, and then the outward garments will take their proper place. The acne that troubles her flesh may be a light cross to teach her that the outward man perishes, but the inward is renewed day by day. Lay that very trial at the mercy seat, and ask the Lord to quicken her soul, for when the inward life flourishes, many an outward sore loses its sting. As for your son, who requires special care, you are nearest the heart of Christ when you bring your needy child before Him. Come to Him because of your necessities; come because he is a sorrowful child; come because the Lord has chosen the weak things of the world to confound the mighty. Plead the very promise that He carrieth the lambs in His bosom, and let your prayer be sharpened with that sacred argument. The Lord who made the deaf to hear and the dumb to speak can unlock the gates of behavior and communication, but He does it in His own time. Persevere in importunity, and though the answer tarries, your prayer is not lost. It is working in secret, and the blessing will break forth at the time appointed.

See to it, however, that you do not quench your own supplications by unholy living or by a faithless heart. A prayer for your children will be hindered if you walk contrary to the Lord in your own secret life. Be much in prayer at all times, not merely in spasmodic fits when trouble presses hard. The morning and evening sacrifice in your household will sweeten the special seasons of crying out. And when you gather with the church to pray, be not satisfied with cold and formal words. Be instant and earnest, asking distinctly for that which you need. Say to the Lord, "Transform my son’s behavior, open his lips, pour out wisdom and salvation upon both my children," and believe that you receive the blessing even while you speak. Do not stagger at the promise through unbelief, but give God no rest until He establish and make Jerusalem a praise in the earth. The prayer of faith shall save the sick, and the Lord shall raise them up, and if they have committed sins, they shall be forgiven them.

Finally, do not look for the answer to come in the exact shape you have drawn. Jacob prayed to be delivered from Esau by a whole skin, and instead he got a shrunken sinew and a lifelong limp, but he also got a blessing. The Lord may answer you strangely, yet right well. So go home now, and make your children the special objects of this hour’s cries. Implore the Lord to save them, to fill them with the Holy Spirit, to give them wisdom, faith, hope, patience, and loving-kindness. And having prayed, believe. Go about your daily round with a quiet confidence to see the goodness of the Lord in the land of the living.
