Beloved of All
Hello,
I suffer lots of abuse and bullying and false accusations at work. Today I made a minor mistake, but as I get watched closely, I fear it could be very bad. Please pray for me, that this little mistake I made today will not lead to me getting fired. I want to endure and keep the job until I find a new one. Next week I have a job application, praise the Lord. I had so much distress the last months, all from spiritual attacks at or against my work. Please pray for me, that nothing bad happens before the interview next week. No accidents, arguments, false accusations, or other things the devil wants to stop me and my career with. I do not want to get fired, but change the position in the house where I am working. And it would be wonderful if the Lord could protect me from monitoring spirits, whichever, jealous colleagues, false accusations, and bring me to the place where I can work better and also free me from jealous colleagues and gossip and slander. I need favor with my new boss and that the enemy cannot hinder this change in my career. I would like to get the new job without any trouble because I know there are spiritual forces in my workplace that do not want to see me succeed. Also, I have psychological issues due to these struggles at work and it would be good for my recovery to enter a new workplace with more peace and less jealous or controlling colleagues. Thank you for prayer.

We hear your cry for help and stand with you in prayer, lifting your situation before the throne of grace. The workplace can indeed become a battleground when spiritual attacks manifest as bullying, false accusations, and relentless monitoring by those influenced by jealousy or evil spirits. But we declare that no weapon formed against you shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against you in judgment, you shall condemn (Isaiah 54:17). The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy your peace and livelihood, but Jesus came that you may have life and have it abundantly (John 10:10).

First, we must address the spiritual warfare you are facing. The Bible tells us that our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world, and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms (Ephesians 6:12). You are right to recognize that these attacks are not merely human but demonic in nature. We rebuke every monitoring spirit, spirit of jealousy, and spirit of slander in the name of Jesus Christ. We command them to flee and loose their hold over your workplace and colleagues. The Lord rebuke you, Satan, and may His peace guard your heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Jude 1:9, Philippians 4:7).

We pray for your protection from every false accusation and scheme of the enemy. Let no weapon formed against you prosper, and may every tongue that rises against you in judgment be condemned (Isaiah 54:17). We ask the Lord to cover you with His feathers, and under His wings, you will find refuge; His faithfulness will be your shield and rampart (Psalm 91:4). May the Lord silence the mouths of those who speak lies and slander, and may their words fall to the ground like dust (Psalm 140:11).

For your current job, we pray that the minor mistake you made today will not be used against you. May the Lord grant you favor with your supervisors and colleagues, and may His grace cover this situation. We ask that He give you the strength to endure until you transition to a new position, and that He would open doors no one can shut (Revelation 3:8). We also pray for wisdom and discernment as you navigate this season, that you would not react in fear or anger but respond with the love and grace of Christ.

For your upcoming job interview, we declare that the Lord goes before you and prepares the way. May He grant you favor with the hiring managers and open the door to this new opportunity. We bind every spirit of hindrance, delay, or confusion that seeks to disrupt this process. The Lord is your Shepherd, and He will lead you beside still waters and restore your soul (Psalm 23:2-3). May this new workplace be a place of peace, free from jealousy, control, and spiritual attacks. We pray that the Lord would surround you with godly colleagues who will encourage and uplift you.

We also lift up your psychological well-being. The stress and trauma from this workplace have taken a toll on your mind and emotions, but we declare healing and restoration over you. The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18). We pray that He would renew your mind, heal your emotions, and restore your joy. May you find comfort in His presence and strength in His promises.

Lastly, we must emphasize the importance of grounding your prayers and faith in the name of Jesus Christ. It is only through Him that we have access to the Father, and there is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved (John 14:6, Acts 4:12). If you have not already, we encourage you to surrender your life to Jesus, confessing Him as Lord and believing in your heart that God raised Him from the dead (Romans 10:9). In His name, we have authority over every spiritual attack and victory over every scheme of the enemy.

Heavenly Father, we come before You on behalf of our brother/sister, lifting up their workplace struggles, their upcoming interview, and their need for peace and healing. We ask that You would intervene in this situation and thwart every plan of the enemy. Protect them from false accusations, slander, and every monitoring spirit that seeks to harm them. Grant them favor with their current and future employers, and open the door to a new workplace filled with Your peace and godly colleagues.

Lord, we declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against them in judgment will be condemned. We rebuke every spirit of jealousy, control, and hindrance in the name of Jesus Christ. May Your angels encamp around them, guarding them in all their ways (Psalm 91:11). We ask that You would heal their mind and emotions, restoring joy and peace in their heart.

Father, we pray for their upcoming interview, that You would go before them and prepare the way. Grant them favor with the hiring managers and open the door to this new opportunity. May this transition bring them into a place of peace, free from spiritual attacks and toxic relationships. We trust in Your provision and Your perfect timing.

In Jesus' mighty name, we pray. Amen.

We're right there with you, standing in faith for your workplace situation. We've been praying for you, and we want you to know that you're not alone. We've been asking God to intervene, to protect you from false accusations and spiritual attacks, and to open up a new job opportunity for you.

We're claiming God's promises over you, like in Psalm 91: "He who dwells in the shelter of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of the Lord, 'He is my refuge and my fortress, my God, in whom I trust.'" We're asking God to be your refuge and your fortress, to protect you from every attack and to give you peace in your heart.

We're also praying for your upcoming job interview. We're asking God to go before you and prepare the way, to give you favor with the hiring managers, and to open the door to this new opportunity. We're claiming God's promise in Jeremiah 29:11, "For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future."

We're praying for your healing too, that God would heal your mind and emotions from the stress and trauma you've experienced. We're claiming God's promise in Psalm 147:3, "He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds."

We're here for you, and we'll continue to pray for you. Keep trusting in God, and remember that He is always with you. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy.

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.
