Thank You for faith in the blood of Jesus Christ Your Son, Rom 3:25, which cleanses us from all sin, 1 Jn 1:7! Thank You for the power of the stripes that wounded Jesus that heal us and make us whole, Isa 53:5, Matt 8:17, 1 Pet 2:24!

We specifically ask for protection from deception and lies, Matt 24:4-8, John 8:44, Rev 12:9, from greed, Lk 12:15, Heb 13:5 and may You grant us contentment, 1 Tim 6:6-9, Phil 4:11-13. It seems only You can do this for You who begin a good work ultimately bring it to completion, Phil 1:6, You perfect that which concerns us, Ps 138:8, perhaps we do not have because we do not ask, James 4:2? May it not be said on that day that we did not ask for the holiness without which no one will see You, Lord, Heb 12:14. Jesus clearly taught, "Blessed are the pure in heart , for THEY shall see God, Matt 5:8, when we come out of their midst and are separate, 2 Cor 6:17-18, perfect holiness in the fear of The Lord, 2 Cor 7:1, You are ready to punish all disobedience once our obedience is complete, 2 Cor 10:6.

Sanctify us in Your Truth, Your Word is Truth, John 17:17, James 1:18, 2 Tim 3:16, especially when rightly divided, 2 Tim 2:15, with careful attention to our lives and teaching, 1 Tim 4:16.

Help restrain these evils, 2 Thes 2:7, and use godly government to restrain and punish evil, 1 Tim 2:1-4; Rev 12:16, Rom 13:1-7. We pray for leaders and all in authority, 1 Tim 2:1-4. We pray for grace to stay on the alert, Mk 13:33, for strength to escape all that's coming and to stand before The Son of Man, Luke 21:36.

We ask antichrist be revealed, slain and annihilated, 2 Thes 2:8, that the saints are guarded from buying into his system, Rev 13:6, and that he, the false prophet and devil be fully and finally sentenced forever, Rev 20:10. Fill us with the knowledge of Your will, in all spiritual wisdom and understanding so that we may walk worthy, Col 1:9-10. May the peace of God guard our hearts and minds in Christ Jesus, Phil 4:6-7, Amen, Rev 3:14, 2 Cor 1:20. 🙌

We come before You, Father in Heaven, with hearts full of gratitude for Your light and truth that lead us to Your holy presence. We thank You for revealing Christ to us, for the faith in the blood of Jesus that cleanses us from all sin, and for the healing power of His stripes. Your Word is a lamp to our feet and a light to our path, and we cling to it as our guide and protection in these deceptive times.

Lord, we stand together in agreement, asking for Your divine protection from deception, lies, and the schemes of the evil one. The world is filled with false teachings, greed, and seductive spirits that seek to lead Your people astray. We pray that You would guard our hearts and minds through Your Word, prayer, preaching, teaching, fellowship, praise, worship, and thanksgiving. Sanctify us in Your truth, for Your Word is truth. Wash us with the water of Your Word so that we may be pure and blameless, walking in the light as You are in the light.

Father, we recognize that the enemy prowls around like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour. We ask for Your hedge of protection around us, our families, our friends, our church families, and all believers who stand with us in prayer. Keep us from the deception of false believers, deceivers, and the spirit of antichrist that is already at work in the world. Help us to test every spirit and to hold fast to what is good, rejecting every form of evil. Let us not be conformed to this world but be transformed by the renewing of our minds, that we may prove what is Your good, acceptable, and perfect will.

We pray for godly leaders and authorities, that You would grant them wisdom and discernment to restrain evil and uphold justice. May they govern with righteousness and fear of You, punishing wrongdoers and protecting the innocent. We ask that You would restrain the lawlessness that is spreading across the world and expose the works of darkness. Reveal the antichrist and all his deceptions, that none of Your saints would be deceived into buying into his system. May the fear of You persuade many to turn from sin and prepare for the Judgment Seat of Christ.

Lord, we long to see Your face, and we know that only the pure in heart will see You. Create in us clean hearts, O God, and renew a right spirit within us. Help us to pursue holiness without which no one will see You. Teach us to be content in all circumstances, trusting in Your provision and not in the fleeting riches of this world. Let us not enter into temptation but deliver us from the evil one. Keep us on Your path of increasing clarity, that our whole body may be full of light, with no dark part in it.

We pray for strength to stand firm in these last days, to be alert and watchful, and to escape all that is coming upon the world. Fill us with the knowledge of Your will in all spiritual wisdom and understanding, that we may walk worthy of You, fully pleasing You in every good work. May the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, guard our hearts and minds in Christ Jesus.

We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved. We declare that every promise of God in Him is "Yes" and in Him "Amen," to the glory of God through us. May we be found faithful, wise, and fruitful, leading many to righteousness and instructing them in Your ways. Let us not grow weary in doing good, for in due season we shall reap if we do not lose heart.

We commit ourselves, our loved ones, and all believers into Your hands, trusting that You who began a good work in us will complete it until the day of Jesus Christ. May we be blameless and harmless, children of God without fault in the midst of a crooked and perverse generation, among whom we shine as lights in the world. To You be the glory, honor, and praise forever and ever. Amen.

Thank you for pouring out such a Scripture-soaked prayer. It’s clear your heart longs for the Bride to be made ready, and we’re grateful to join you before the throne.

One thing we notice: so many of the protections you list, teaching, fellowship, prayer, testing the spirits, are gifts God gives us through one another. He often keeps us from deception not only in our private devotions but through the loving eyes and voices of brothers and sisters walking in the light together. The enemy works in isolation, but in true fellowship, honest confession and shared discernment become a powerful guard. That’s a grace we can lean into.

If you aren’t already part of a small group that intentionally studies the Word and prays together, that might be a concrete next step. Even among your online praying friends, a rhythm of meeting to reflect on Scripture, share what God is teaching, and hold one another accountable can anchor you. Such fellowship isn’t just comforting, it actively helps us stay alert, as Jesus urged.

We pray with you now: Father, thank You that You are light and in You is no darkness at all. Keep our friend and all who are named before You rooted in Your Word and bound together in love and truth. Give us courage to walk openly with trusted believers, so that no hidden sin or subtle lie takes hold. Fill us with the Spirit’s discernment, and let the peace of Christ guard our hearts and minds. In Jesus’ name, amen.

Your prayer is a sweet savor, brimming with holy desire and anchored in the eternal Word. What a mercy that the Lord has taught you to plead so earnestly for truth and sanctification, for these are the very pillars of a soul that would stand in the evil day. You have asked rightly, for the heart is prone to wander, and the world is a painted Jezebel promising peace while it peddles poison. Yet greater is He that is in us than he that is in the world, and He who began a good work in you will perform it until the day of Jesus Christ.

You cry for sanctification, and you point to the only fount where it is found. The truth alone will not sanctify a man; the letter kills. But when the Spirit of God takes the truth, the truth as it is in Jesus, and applies it to the inner man, then there is a washing of water by the Word. Our Lord prayed, "Sanctify them through thy truth: thy word is truth." Mark that well. There is no sanctification by fancies, no growth in grace through mere excitement or human teaching. Only the truth of Holy Scripture, opened and sealed upon the heart by the Holy Ghost, makes a man pure within, ready to walk in the light as He is in the light. Let this be the thirst of your soul: that God would not leave you to your own understanding, but would lead you into all truth, making you not merely hearers but doers of the Word.

You speak of protection from deception, and your request is both timely and urgent. In these days, many cry "Peace, peace," when there is no peace. The smooth-tongued false professor abounds, and the serpent's seed still twists the Word and whispers, "Yea, hath God said?" Buy the truth, and sell it not. Let no man take your crown. The whole truth of Christ crucified for sinners, the imputed righteousness of the Son of God, the once-for-all sacrifice that perfects forever them that are set apart, this is the truth which Satan most hates and against which the world rages. Test the spirits, for many false prophets are gone out into the world. Hold fast the form of sound words, and let no private notion, no inner light that contradicts the written Word, carry you away. If the teaching is not of God, it cannot sanctify you.

And while you long to escape the dragon's flood, remember that tribulations and testings often drive the believer to the clefts of the Rock. Fear not man, whose breath is in his nostrils; the Lord has measured the waters in the hollow of His hand. He knows how to deliver the godly out of temptation and to reserve the unjust unto the day of judgment. Look to the God of peace, who brought again from the dead our Lord Jesus, that great Shepherd of the sheep, through the blood of the everlasting covenant. It is He who must make you perfect in every good work to do His will, working in you that which is wellpleasing in His sight. Your holiness is not a self-wrought garment; it is Christ in you, the hope of glory, wrought by that mighty power which raised Jesus from the dead.

Therefore, go on with your prayer and with your watching. Be much in the Word; let fellowship with the saints be a wall about you, and let the joy of the Lord be your strength. Yet never imagine that your asking earns the blessing; you have not because you ask not, it is true, but when you ask, receive it as grace upon grace from Him who giveth liberally. Keep at the mercy seat, but keep your eye even more on the risen Lord. He is your sanctification, He is your wisdom, He is your righteousness. In Him you are complete.

May the Lord gather your requests and those of every praying soul among you, and answer them out of Zion. May He keep you from the evil one, and preserve you blameless unto His heavenly kingdom. The truth will outlast the lie, the light will swallow the darkness, and the Lamb shall have the victory. Watch ye, stand fast in the faith, quit you like men, be strong. The night is far spent, the day is at hand.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

The prayer you have offered is full of a right desire for sanctification, and it echoes the very will of God for you. For this is the will of God, even your sanctification. He sees how you long to walk in light, to be kept from deception, and to have the Bride made ready. And truly, the beginning of this holiness is no small thing. It is a new creation: man is created not of water nor of earth, but in righteousness and holiness of truth. This takes place from Baptism. That is the reality, not a figure. For the cleanness of the body under the law was a type of purity, not the truth of purity. But now, in Christ, you have been made a son, and this holiness is given as a fruit, leading to confidence and life everlasting.

Yet do not think this holiness is something merely given and then left alone. It must be guarded and pursued with fierce urgency. The Apostle everywhere glances vehemently at this matter of purity. For fornication is an evil pernicious to all: like a swine full of mire, wherever it enters, it chokes the senses with dung. Therefore he says, “This is the will of God, even your sanctification, that ye abstain from all fornication.” And if any be unmarried, let him remain pure; if married, let him not defile the holiness which comes from Faith. Marriage is honorable and pure, but it does not give holiness except by preserving what is given. So chase after peace with all men, and that holiness without which no man shall see the Lord.

You ask to be kept from deception and the evil one. Remember, then, that Christ our Passover has suffered for us, and His Blood has been carried up into the true Holy Place. We partake of that sacrifice. And if we share in His reproach, going forth unto Him outside the camp, we have fellowship with Him. The reproach becomes the cause of sanctification. The affliction you may face is not the parent of grief, but can become an occasion of gladness if you remain noble and firm. Do not seek your rest here, but look to the hope laid up for you in heaven, a noble reception that is secure because you heard the word of truth.

And what are these good tidings but that punishment is removed, sins remitted, adoption granted, and man made fit for heaven? God on earth, man in heaven! This is the truth: Christ sanctified Himself as a sacrifice, that we might be sanctified in truth. So present your body a living sacrifice, holy, without death becoming an offering. Let your whole body be full of light, putting away hidden things of shame, not walking in craftiness, just as God is light and in Him is no darkness at all.

Now, to strengthen you against the deceivers and false brethren you fear, use the talent given to you. Whether it be protection, money, teaching, or any ability, do all for the common advantage. For nothing is so pleasing to God as to live for the common good. The unlearned and ignorant men, Peter and John, showed zeal and attained heaven. So do not say you can do nothing. And in all your watching and praying, let your speech be always in truth, so that when others test your words, they find no falling short. For the inward affection of those who labor for you will abound when they see your progress.

Therefore, let greed have no place; be not a slave of the belly, rushing to inferior dishes and marring the royal banquet that is prepared for those who wait. Let contentment be yours, and the peace of God will guard your hearts. For you have already reaped fruits: freed from wickedness, made servants of righteousness, enjoying holiness, and obtaining life everlasting. Yet with all these, serve as you once served sin? Far from it! For the Master is far better, and His service has nothing but advantage. So keep yourselves in the fear of the Lord, knowing that it is He who perfects that which concerns you. He who began a good work in you will bring it to completion. Ask, then, and keep asking, for holiness; and you shall see God.

You have already reached the heart of the matter with that plea for a pure heart. You understand that seeing God is not about managing outward appearances, adopting a dress code, or conforming to a checklist of behaviors that can be paraded before others. That kind of holiness is a hollow shell. The request you are making goes far deeper, and it is answered in the secret place of the heart where no one else can see. True holiness is born in that moment when you become conscious of the presence of God, and in the light of His purity, you finally see the truth about yourself. It is a shattering thing, to be sure, something that brings poverty of spirit, not pride. When Peter glimpsed it, he could only cry out for the Lord to depart from him.

That brokenness is exactly where the guard against deception begins. The world, the flesh, and the devil will always try to sell you a false version of reality, a lie about who you are and what God requires. But there is a witness that is deeper than intellectual assent. There is an intuitive, internal knowledge placed within you by the Spirit of God, bearing witness to the truth of Jesus Christ. You know the truth not because you have mastered a system of doctrine, but because the Spirit has planted that truth in your heart. It is this internal testimony that lets you recognize a lie for what it is. The world is lost in the darkness of its own ignorance, but you see because God’s Spirit has opened your eyes. And this is how you know you are of the truth: when you love not just in word or tongue, but in deed and in truth. The heart that has been touched by this love cannot help but reach out and support others, and that active love becomes the evidence of a genuine walk.

This guarding, this cleansing, is accomplished by the washing of the water of the Word. The Word of God possesses a glorious cleansing power, but it is not something you can grasp in a capsulated or superficial form. You cannot simply skim its surface and expect to be made pure. You must meditate on it, mull it over, and let the Spirit minister its truth to the deepest chambers of your heart. Only then does it begin its work, cleansing you far beneath the level of outward action. The overflow of a sinful life comes from a corrupt spring within. You can be guilty of spiritual adultery without a single physical act, simply by what you entertain in the theater of your mind. The Word, when you incline your whole heart to it and not to covetousness, cleanses that very spring. It creates within you a genuine hunger and thirst for righteousness that no pretense can satisfy.

The ultimate aim of this is not just personal safety, but to walk in the light as He is in the light, having true fellowship with one another. There is a profound joy, a reward of ministry, in seeing those we love walking in truth. It is a shared journey. As you and those you pray for continue on this path, set your hearts not on pleasing man, but on pleasing God. Let your prayer be that He would incline your whole heart to His testimonies. In the simplicity and purity of a heart that has been broken and remade, undivided by the lust for public approval or the performance of holiness, you will begin to see God. He will guard your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus. That is the purity that stands before the Son of Man.
