Keep out of Troubke Catch the True Culprits

Humble Prayer Warrior
Dear Lord Jesus, I’ve had enough trouble at previous shoes before being in a hostile hazard work environment like I work really hard I make mistakes and my little itty-bitty form of misunderstanding like taking a test too early when I wasn’t supposed to got me written up while colleagues have sat on the classroom harmed animals put their hands in cages when they were told multiple times to stop Show me pictures of others in swimsuits in the group chat, including themselves, giving things to the animals that could kill them leaving a sprinkler running on all night that’s just dozens of that. I’ve gotten an unfair trouble and I don’t wanna face it at this current area. Thankfully dear Lord, thank you so much. I have a nice more reasonable, mature and understanding, employer right now, including the Director and my supervisor But the environment is still not all that. Great that’s another prayer. I did get told about slowness and I did sorry to get asked about oh I’m mixed up the dishes. She gave me on the dishes part and she tells me I’m a good employee wanting to do work. But if I get any trouble, please help me OK because again just like at other places before Including a Christian place where someone gets the extension for her seasonal I don’t, even though she used a broom that was supposed to be only for chickens, and we were working with goats and pigs or taking the dishes for me that was supposed to be washing and bossing me around and lying. Well, that girl was a teenager and she had no college education she could’ve gone to college. She was old enough. She was illegal adult. This girl just graduated Here and she’s bossing me around and telling me lies and stuff. Luckily my employer realizes that. So anything that happens, please shift it towards her cause she’s not a necessarily a good person. She also believes in LGBT she cusses to you and she does not believe in you. She wants to act like she knows it all and be bossy and trying to make herself seem great probably because she knows she causes trouble as a matter fact she left some animals and guarded that she was supposed to and saying no I can take this lies to me. Don’t tell anyone the money goes to the animals so please shift it towards someone who is deserving of it. Hopefully she can change and I have to get in trouble, but please do not let me get in trouble. Also, another girl she climbs the fence to go into the fence that only full-time keepers are allowed to go through I’m a seasonal and so are they. But she does it and she talks with the customers too long that they get annoyed. Me, I say very few words and let the customers enjoy the animals because they don’t care too much about interpreting unless they ask they wanna just pet the animals really just wanna observe them I also gotta make sure nobody gets hurt. That’s far more important than talking. But she labs on all that stuff they can look up online or read the sign. Please keep me out of trouble and after my season ends, please let me maybe have a. I’m thinking a part-time zookeeper job so I can have a flexible schedule to do other things like my puppet gig and let it grow and then in about a year from now move out or start my migration actually and then the year later move out. But if the Zoo does not accept me to become a part-time person which they should because they accepted someone else she just graduated. She has an art degree and the only Zoo experience she has was working at that zoo for the season why I have years and paid experience so many other places and a zoology degree. I’m far more qualified than she was. No I’m not saying they should do something bad what I’m saying is if they accepted her, they should accept me for something and I’ve worked really hard, and I picked up extra shifts unlike her as a matter fact I hold the record for picking up the most shifts most hours and working the longest days out of any of these keepers. I’m not trying to post. I’m stating fact I am deserving of a position for the typing if that doesn’t work then let me find a job related to the zoo at the park district. The Zeus part of the park district and I’d like to at least get a job there and then I can work back for the same season next summer that by the fall and then I’ll start my migration with my puppets and gigs. In Jesus Name Amen.

We hear your deep frustration and exhaustion from facing unfair treatment in your workplace. It is painful when hard work and dedication go unnoticed while others engage in careless or even harmful behavior without consequence. You are right to seek justice and protection, and we stand with you in bringing these concerns before the Lord.

First, we must address the importance of forgiveness and humility, even in difficult circumstances. Scripture teaches us, "If it is possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men" (Romans 12:18). While it is understandable to feel anger toward those who have wronged you, harboring bitterness can harm your own spirit. We pray that God would soften your heart toward those who have mistreated you, even as you seek His justice.

We also rebuke the ungodly behavior you have described, dishonesty, disrespect, and disregard for authority, especially from those who claim to know better yet act in ways that dishonor God. The Bible warns, "Do not be deceived. Neither the sexually immoral, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor male prostitutes, nor homosexuals, nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor slanderers, nor extortionists will inherit God’s Kingdom" (1 Corinthians 6:9-10). The attitudes and actions of some of your coworkers are not pleasing to the Lord, and we pray that they would come to repentance.

You have worked diligently, and your efforts should not go unnoticed. We pray that God would open doors for you in ways that honor your dedication. "Commit your way to the Lord. Trust also in him, and he will do this" (Psalm 37:5). Whether it is a part-time position at the zoo or another opportunity in your field, we ask that the Lord would make a way where there seems to be no way.

We also lift up your desire to grow in your puppet ministry and eventually transition into a new season of life. May the Lord guide your steps and provide the flexibility and resources you need. "For I know the plans I have for you,” says the Lord, “plans for peace, and not for evil, to give you hope and a future" (Jeremiah 29:11).

Finally, we pray for protection over your reputation and peace in your workplace. May the Lord shield you from false accusations and grant you favor with those in authority. "No weapon that is formed against you will prevail; and you will condemn every tongue that rises against you in judgment" (Isaiah 54:17).

Heavenly Father, we come before You on behalf of this dear one who has faced unfair treatment and seeks Your justice. We ask that You would expose the truth and hold accountable those who have acted unjustly. Protect their heart from bitterness and grant them favor in their workplace. Open doors for new opportunities that align with their skills and calling. Provide wisdom in their next steps, whether in their career or ministry. May they continue to trust in You, knowing that You see their hard work and dedication. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.

We hear you, the anxiety that comes from feeling you’ve been treated unfairly, and the weight of looking over your shoulder even when you’re working hard and doing things right. It sounds like you put your heart into your job, picking up extra shifts and staying focused on what matters: the animals and the visitors’ safety. That diligent spirit doesn’t go unnoticed by God, and we’re glad your current employer sees it too.

When the people around us make choices that feel careless or disrespectful, it’s easy to get tangled in comparisons. It can eat at our peace and make us long for some kind of comeuppance. But carrying that inside often hurts us more than it changes anyone else. We don’t have to wish trouble on anyone, God knows what’s happening, and He’s able to bring correction and growth in His own time, for each of us. In the meantime, we can keep our eyes on our own integrity and let that be our offering.

You mentioned getting feedback about slowness and mixing up dishes. If there’s lingering worry about that, it might help to simply check in with your supervisor. A quick, humble question like, “Is there one thing I could tweak to improve my pace this week?” can both calm your nerves and show her your teachable heart, something she already seems to appreciate.

As for the future, we’ll pray that God opens the right door for you, whether at the zoo or the park district, so your skills and experience have a place to grow. Trust that He sees your qualifications and your consistency, even when the process feels slow or unfair.

Let’s pray:

Lord Jesus, thank You that You see this one’s hard work and the desire to do what’s right. Please quiet the anxiety and the sting of past hurts. Give wisdom for each day, how to handle feedback, how to work well, and how to let go of what isn’t theirs to carry. Shield them from unjust blame and let the truth of their diligence shine. We ask for a peaceful work atmosphere, and for the grace to want good even for those who frustrate them. Guide the next steps toward meaningful work that fits the gifts You’ve given. In Your name we pray, Amen.

Thank you Heavenly Father for blessing us with another day, and for all you do for all of us. All glory and honor belongs to you Father. Please Heavenly Father guide and protect this requestor in the workplace. Soften hearts and keep them safe. I lift this prayer up on your glory Father God and ask that you grant your perfect will. In Jesus name I pray. Amen

““But blessed is the one who trusts in the Lord, whose confidence is in him.”

‭‭Jeremiah‬ ‭17‬:‭7‬ ‭NIV‬‬

Lord Jesus please richly bless, protect and guide them. Please help them in accordance with your perfect will Father. Thank you and praise you. In your holy name I pray. Amen.

The cry of your heart reaches towards a throne where justice and mercy meet, yet I must hold a mirror to your own words, for the greatest peril in our trials is not the unkindness of others, but the self-righteousness that springs up in our own breasts. You have compiled a ledger of offences, weighing your diligence against the sloth of others, your modesty against their vanity, your reverence against their profanity. This is to walk in the steps of those who, if they justify themselves, their own mouth shall condemn them. Do you not see that in pleading your own goodness and demanding that trouble be shifted to another, you are setting yourself up as judge? The heart is deceitful above all things, and when we compare ourselves among ourselves, we are not wise. That girl who believes in error, who speaks falsely and bosses, must we not tremble at the thought that we could be left to such darkness? She stands in need of your prayers, not your accusations. It is those who think they stand that must take heed lest they fall.

Consider the great Husbandman who cuts down the high tree and lifts up the low. You recount your degrees, your years of experience, your record of hours worked, and declare yourself more qualified and deserving. Yet God’s ways run counter to our proud reckonings. The green tree, full of self-trust, may wither while the dry tree, touched by grace, bursts into bloom. What do you have that you did not receive? If you did receive it, why do you boast as if it were not a gift? Your diligence is commendable, but beware lest a spirit of entitlement poisons it. The Lord sees not as man sees; man looks at the outward appearance, but the Lord looks at the heart. A quiet, patient, trusting spirit is of great value in God’s sight, more so than all the recorded shifts one could tally.

Look to Job. In all his affliction, which was catastrophic beyond your present weariness, he sinned not, nor charged God foolishly. Yet this same Job, when the Lord spoke, came to see that he had uttered things too wonderful for him. The end of the Lord with Job was merciful, turning his captivity when he prayed for his offending friends, those very men who had misjudged him and spoken lies about God. Here is your true pathway out of trouble. You ask to be kept from trouble by having it shifted to someone else. Grace teaches us a different prayer. Pour out your soul for these very colleagues who so vex your spirit, the one who uses foul speech, the one who disregards rules and truth. Pray for them, not as pronouncing judgment, but as one who desires their true change and salvation. This is the divine channel through which your own captivity of soul can be broken.

Your anxiety about your position and your future is a shallow well; you thirst for a part-time zookeeper role and a path for your puppetry, yet your soul needs a deeper fountain. What if the Lord, in His unsearchable wisdom, withholds that very position for which you have labored? Will you then charge God foolishly? Faith’s true ultimatum is to say, “Though He slay me, yet will I trust in Him.” You are looking at the shifting sands of earthly employment and human approval, but your security rests solely in the unchangeable character of God and the finished work of Christ. Till Jesus fails, the soul that trusts Him must be secure. Let your glory be fresh, not in your own record of service, but in the finished righteousness you possess in Him. Go forward, then, not with a list of your deservings, but with a humble plea for grace to be natural, to be yourself in Christ, and to be patient. The Lord will establish your going and your comings, not as you prescribe, but as He has promised.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

Your prayer reveals a heart tangled in many cares, but chiefly it cries out for vindication against those you deem less worthy. You ask that trouble be shifted away from you and onto others, even naming a young woman who, you say, does not believe in Christ. Tell me, is this the mind of the Master? He commands us to love our enemies, to pray for those who persecute us, not to call down calamity upon them. You have catalogued the faults of others, what of your own? You speak of being written up for a small misunderstanding, yet you level many accusations in secret against your fellow workers. Where are your two or three witnesses to establish these charges? Scripture forbids us to entertain an accusation against a brother rashly; how much more when it springs from envy and rivalry?

You say you have worked hard and deserve a position more than another. But the kingdom of God is not a contest of résumés. The Lord resists the proud but gives grace to the humble. If you are truly qualified, trust God to open the door in His time; if not, accept that He may have a different path for you. Do not let envy gnaw at your soul. He who despises the praise of men and the grasping after status already receives his reward: freedom from anxiety, plotting, and false accusation. Seek contentment in Christ, not in outranking your neighbor.

Consider also: when you call for trouble to fall on another, you take upon yourself the role of judge. But every idle word will be brought to account. If that girl has done wrong, know that God sees and will judge righteously. Your part is to examine your own heart, to pluck out the beam of resentment before pointing to the mote in her eye. If you have a genuine grievance, go to your brother or sister with witnesses, as the Lord instructs, that the matter may be made plain. But to harbor secret bitterness and to pray for their downfall is to wound your own soul.

Finally, do not imagine that outward circumstances, a better job, a flexible schedule, freedom from unfair bosses, will bring you peace. The peace of Christ is not built on the absence of trouble but on a heart submitted to His will. If you suffer unjustly for doing good, this is commendable before God. But if you suffer for your own errors or for a contentious spirit, that is no credit. Instead of asking God to shift blame, ask Him to purify your desires, to grant you patience under authority, and to fill you with love for those who mistreat you. Then, whether He opens the door to zookeeper work or leads you to puppetry, you will have the one thing needful: a soul at rest in Him.

I hear the frustration in your words, the ache of being singled out while others seem to skate by with far worse behavior. It is exhausting to work hard, to try to do things right, and then to feel that every small mistake lands on your head while those around you act carelessly and even harmfully without consequence. That sense of unfairness can eat at you, making you rehearse the wrongs of others and compare yourself to them, desperate for someone in authority to see clearly and set things straight.

When we find ourselves in that place, we have to remember that what our eyes can see is only a sliver of the whole picture. We judge from partial knowledge, just like those who looked at a righteous sufferer long ago and assumed he must have done something terrible to deserve his misery. They fired accusations at him, certain that God was punishing hidden sin. They were wrong. They did not see the full story of what was happening behind the scenes, and they misjudged both the man and God. That same truth applies here. You do not know every detail of your coworkers’ lives, the hidden struggles they might carry, or the quiet ways God may be dealing with them. And more importantly, you cannot see what God is doing in your own heart through these trials. He often uses seasons of feeling overlooked and mistreated to loosen our grip on fairness, to teach us to trust His timing, and to deepen our dependence on Him rather than on getting our due.

I notice in your prayer a desire to see trouble shifted onto someone else, onto the person you believe deserves it. That desire is understandable when you have been hurt, but it is not the way of Jesus. He never called down judgment on those who wronged Him; instead, He entrusted Himself to the One who judges justly and said, “Father, forgive them.” When we ask God to turn trouble toward another person, we are trying to take hold of a role that belongs to Him alone. He knows every heart fully, and He knows what each person truly deserves, including you and me. We are not the judges. The cry of faith says, “Search me, O God, and know my heart; try me and know my anxieties; and see if there is any wicked way in me, and lead me in the way everlasting.” That shifts the focus from what others are doing wrong to what God might want to do in your own soul.

The story of that ancient suffering man cries out over and over for a mediator, someone who could stand between God and man, laying a hand on both. That cry finds its answer in Jesus Christ. He does not stand far off; He entered this broken world, endured the greatest injustice ever committed, and offers Himself as the one who bridges the gap. He sees every hidden action, every whispered lie, every animal harmed, every unfair write-up. And He also sees the pride that can creep into a heart that compares itself to others, the desire to be vindicated by putting someone else down. He invites you to bring all of it to Him, the messy tangle of your hurt and your hopes, and to let Him untie the knots rather than trying to force your own solution.

As for the job, it is good to bring your desires before the Lord and to work diligently. You have a zoology degree, years of experience, and a strong work ethic. Those are gifts from God. But do not pin your hope on the idea that you deserve the position more than someone else. That kind of thinking can sour into bitterness if the door does not open the way you expect. God’s provision for you is not limited to one zoo or one job title. He may open that door, or He may lead you somewhere else entirely. Commit the outcome to Him, asking for His will to be done and for the grace to accept it with peace. Your puppet gig and your dreams of migration matter to Him too; He is able to orchestrate far more than we can arrange for ourselves.

So when the frustration rises again, and you are tempted to list every wrong that others have done and every reason you are more worthy, try instead to turn your eyes to the Lord Jesus. Tell Him honestly how you feel, but then ask Him to give you a heart that rests in His justice, that does not keep a tally of wrongs, and that finds its worth not in being recognized as the best employee but in being known by Him. The same God who allowed that suffering man to be tested also restored him in His own time and in His own way. He has not changed. He sees you, He knows the truth, and He will not forget your work. Let that be enough.
