🙇🏻 Father, Thank You Jesus quoted Ex 17:2, validating the Authority of Your Word against the ancient serpent, "You shall not put the Lord Your God to the test," Matt 4:7, Ex 17:2, Deut 6:16, also Ps 78:18, Ps 95:8-9; and the Apostle, 1 Cor 10:9. The law of repetition strengthens the importance of a Scripture by principle. We pray "Lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil," Matt 6:13 -- let her come to her senses, take down her online profiles for her protection -- for evil men and imposters proceed from bad to worse and keep her from deception, 2 Tim 3:13. Jesus commanded, see to it no one deceives you, Mt 24:4...

Thank You for grace to warn her family and church of spiritual negligence and her pastors get involved -- and though he is family too, and suffers from fear of man instead of God, Matt 10:28, and since fear of man brings a snare, Prov 29:25, also deals in compromise, Gal 5:9 -- overrule the devil and let the Word of God penetrate her ears and mind, being sharper than a two-edged sword and no one is exempt from it, Heb 4:12-13, for it applies to all humanity, Matt 4:4, especially spiritual teachers, James 3:1, and spiritual leaders who must give account for their congregants, Heb 13:7. Let the main pastor be dutiful to New Testament principles to rebuke ongoing sin, 1 Tim 5:20, and beware of falling into the sin of the priest who honored family members and thus despised The Lord, 1 Sam 2:30, reiterated in 1 Samuel 3:10-13, fulfilled in 1 Samuel 4:17-18.

I'm asking for God "hedge her way with thorns and close her within a wall so she cannot catch her lovers, until she wakes up and says, ‘I will return to my first husband, for then I was better off then than now," Hos 2:6-7. May she not able to meet anyone at all (No more online dating, Matt 5:28, and finally confess adultery Ex 20:14, who knows what's next? 2 Sam 12:22. Especially that she is delivered from temptation, Lk 11:4, sin, lies, Zeph 3:13, evil, evil men, imposters, deceivers & ultimately the one who deceives the whole world, 1 John 5:19, Rev 12:9...

We beg You to grant repentance, Acts 2:38, Acts 11:18 -- that she will not become pregnant again b/c of this, further complicating issues already needing intervention and restoration. Please pray for her & at least her one sister and others in her church to not fear man but and save a wandering soul from death by turning her back, and help cover a multitude of sins, James 5:20. Let others be willing to visit her and bring the Word of God, even to suffer for righteousness "outside the camp, bearing his reproach, as Christ suffered outside the city gate," Heb 12:12-13...

Lastly I ask more wisdom, Col 1:9, clarity & inner healing, Isaiah 1:6, Jer 4:19, Ps 23:3 -- Holy Spirit strength for duties, etc, grace to fast again, Isa 58:6-12, protection from temptation, Luke 11:4, sin and evil for me, them and all of us, Matt 6:13, Zeph 3:13, John 17:15. Thank You in Jesus Name.

We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, lifting up this precious soul who has strayed from the path of righteousness. Father, we thank You for Your Word, which is living and active, sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the division of soul and spirit, of joints and marrow, and is able to discern the thoughts and intentions of the heart (Hebrews 4:12). We stand on Your promises, knowing that You are faithful to complete the work You have begun in her (Philippians 1:6).

Lord, we pray that You would hedge her way with thorns as You promised in Hosea 2:6-7, that she may not find her paths smooth nor her ways easy in this season of rebellion. Close her off from the deceivers and imposters who seek to lead her further astray, for evil men and impostors will grow worse and worse, deceiving and being deceived (2 Timothy 3:13). We ask that You would convict her heart by Your Holy Spirit, for when He comes, He will convict the world of sin, of righteousness, and of judgment (John 16:8). Let her come to her senses as the prodigal son did, remembering the goodness of her first love, You, Lord, and the abundance she once knew in Your presence (Luke 15:17).

Father, we rebuke the spirit of deception and adultery in Jesus’ name. The Word is clear: "You shall not commit adultery" (Exodus 20:14), and even the lustful look is a violation of Your holy standard (Matthew 5:28). We pray that she would repent of this sin and turn away from every ungodly entanglement, for the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord (Romans 6:23). Protect her from the consequences of further sin, including the possibility of another pregnancy outside of Your design for marriage. We ask that You would intervene supernaturally, closing every door that leads to temptation and delivering her from evil (Matthew 6:13).

We also lift up her family and church, Lord. May they not shrink back in fear of man, for "the fear of man brings a snare, but whoever trusts in the Lord shall be safe" (Proverbs 29:25). Give them boldness to speak the truth in love, even if it means suffering reproach for righteousness’ sake (Hebrews 13:12-13). We pray that her pastors would fulfill their duty to rebuke sin, as Paul instructed Timothy: "Those who are sinning rebuke in the presence of all, that the rest also may fear" (1 Timothy 5:20). Let them not repeat the error of Eli, who honored his sons above You and suffered Your judgment (1 Samuel 2:30). Raise up faithful men and women in her church who will visit her, speak Your Word, and call her back from the brink of destruction, for "he who turns a sinner from the error of his way will save a soul from death and cover a multitude of sins" (James 5:20).

Lord, we also pray for the one who has brought this request before You. Grant them wisdom and clarity (Colossians 1:9), inner healing for any wounds that may hinder their ability to minister effectively (Isaiah 1:6), and strength to fast and pray as You lead (Isaiah 58:6-12). Protect them from temptation and deliver them from evil, for no one is exempt from the schemes of the enemy (Matthew 6:13). Fill them with Your Holy Spirit, that they may walk in righteousness and be a vessel of Your love and truth.

Father, we know that repentance is a gift from You (Acts 11:18), and we ask that You would grant it to her abundantly. Let her cry out as David did, "Create in me a clean heart, O God, and renew a steadfast spirit within me" (Psalm 51:10). Restore her to fellowship with You and with Your people, that she may walk in the newness of life (Romans 6:4). Heal her soul, bind up her wounds, and lead her in the paths of righteousness for Your name’s sake (Psalm 23:3).

We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the only name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). There is no other name by which we can approach You, Father, and no other name that has the power to break every chain. We declare that the blood of Jesus covers this situation, and we stand against every work of the enemy in faith. May Your will be done, and may Your kingdom come in her life as it is in heaven. Amen.

Your prayer is heavy with love, and we can sense the weight you’ve been carrying as you intercede. Thank you for your persistence. The battle for her heart is real, but it belongs to the Lord, and He does not turn a deaf ear to cries like yours.

What you’re asking for, that she “come to her senses”, is really a plea for more than regret. We’ve seen it before: not all sorrow leads to change. Worldly sorrow can just leave someone trapped in guilt and shame without any real turning. But godly sorrow, that’s the kind that opens the door to genuine repentance, a whole new direction. Keep asking the Lord for that miracle in her: a deep, life-altering “waking up” that leads her home, not another cycle of remorse that leaves her stuck.

Your own work of praying, fasting, and asking for pastoral involvement is exactly the right approach. But you don’t have to shoulder this alone. Enlist a trusted prayer partner, someone in your church who can stand with you consistently and share the load. That also honors your own need for strength, wisdom, and inner healing, which you asked about. Even in the waiting, Jesus is caring for your heart too.

Lord Jesus, we lift up this woman to You. In Your mercy, hedge her way, open her eyes to see deception for what it is, and grant her godly sorrow that leads to true repentance and life. Protect her from every false promise and from evil men who would further harm her. And for the one praying, we ask for fresh strength, sustaining grace, quiet clarity, and the assurance that You are at work, even when things look darkest. Surround them with faithful support. In Your name we pray, amen.

You have been crying to the Lord with a full heart, spreading this tangled knot of trouble before Him, pleading the promises as fast as they come to mind. And you have not been crying into an empty room. The ears of the Lord of Sabaoth have heard every syllable; not one of those verses you pressed back to Him has fallen to the ground. So be comforted at the outset, your intercession is a precious thing in the courts above.

You pray a thorn‑hedge round her path, and that is a prayer after God’s own heart. Sometimes the tenderest thing the Lord can do for a straying child is to block the way with briars. We think the thorn is cruelty, but it is the shepherd’s carefulness. He sets a wall of sharpness where the cliff is sheer, and the fall would be final. The very aches He sends are love‑letters in black‑edged envelopes. Those stinging disappointments, the shut doors, the online profiles that come to nothing, do not despise them. They are the Father’s hand in the dark, keeping her from worse. He knows how to make the forbidden road so bitter that she turns and says, “I will go back; there was more bread in my Father’s house than in all my wanderings.” You have asked for exactly what He delights to do, for He is the God who bruises the heel of His own to draw them home.

You have not asked alone. The Lord Jesus Himself stands in the gap. He who commanded, “Repent ye,” is also the One who purchases repentance with His own blood. Every true turning is a gift that He has already paid for. So when your heart aches because you cannot see the breaking of her spirit, rest in this: the same hand that holds the stars is already at work on that hard soil. He can put repentance into a soul as easily as a mother puts tears into a child’s eyes by a gentle word. And often when we think nothing is happening, the deep plough of judgment is silently furrowing. The convicting Spirit needs no noise.

Do not let the enemy whisper that your prayers are weak because you cannot change the heart yourself. That is exactly where prayer thrives, when we are emptied of our own strength and thrown wholly on Another. The best wrestling is done on our knees, not with our fists. You have taken hold of the covenant; now let the Lord’s own time and way be enough for you. He has as many doors into a soul as there are moments in a day. No heart is too hard, no prodigal too far, no fear‑of‑man too strong when He means to call a sinner by effectual grace. The same God who turned a raging Saul into a preacher can make this dear one a trophy of mercy. And when He does, the thorns will be seen for what they were, the gardener’s wise pruning.

While you watch and wait, do not wear yourself out with anxious care. Cast your own burden on the same Lord. You have asked for wisdom and healing for your own spirit, and that too is a prayer straight from the throne. The Physician who binds up the broken in heart will not leave you raw and bleeding. Bring Him your weariness. He knows what it is to pray for the wayward and to pour out His soul for the undeserving, for He has done it far more than you. Let His finished work steady you.

Now let us speak to Him together.

Lord Jesus, our strong Deliverer, take up this errand of mercy. Hedge this poor wandering heart about with merciful impossibilities, until she cannot find the way to sin. Let her own ways become so bitter that she longs for the sweetness of grace. Give her the gift of repentance that springs from Thy wounded side. And as for this dear soul who prays, hold him fast in the secret place of the Most High. Let him find shade under Thy wings while the battle rages. Refresh his own spirit, heal the hidden hurts, and let him see, before too long, the fruit of travail in a sister’s restoration. We trust Thee for the whole outcome, O conquering Lamb. Amen.
