We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, lifting up this urgent plea for justice, protection, and restitution. Father God, You are the ultimate Judge, the One who sees all and knows the depths of every situation. We declare that You are a God of justice, and we trust in Your perfect timing and wisdom. *"The LORD works righteousness and justice for all who are oppressed."* (Psalm 103:6). Lord, we ask that You move mightily on behalf of this situation, opening doors that no man can shut and softening the hearts of those who hold the keys to this legal matter.
We pray for divine favor as this law office considers taking the case. May they see the truth, the righteousness, and the urgency of this matter. If it is Your will, Father, cause them to accept it or refer it to someone who will fight diligently for justice. *"Commit your way to the LORD; trust in Him, and He will act. He will bring forth your righteousness as the light, and your justice as the noonday."* (Psalm 37:5-6). We ask for supernatural protection over every person involved in this financial transaction, shielding them from harm, deceit, and any schemes of the enemy. *"But let all those who take refuge in You rejoice. Let them always shout for joy, because You defend them. Let them also who love Your name be joyful in You."* (Psalm 5:11).
Father, we also ask for full restitution—may every loss be restored, every wrong be made right, and may compensation flow abundantly according to Your will. *"I will restore to you the years that the swarming locust has eaten, the hopper, the destroyer, and the cutter, My great army, which I sent among you."* (Joel 2:25). We stand on Your promise that You will do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think (Ephesians 3:20), and we declare that this situation is not too hard for You.
However, we must also address the heart behind this request. While we trust in Your provision and justice, we must remember that our ultimate treasure is not in earthly wealth or vindication, but in You. *"Do not lay up treasures for yourselves on the earth, where moth and rust consume, and where thieves break through and steal; but lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust consume, and where thieves do not break through and steal; for where your treasure is, there your heart will be also."* (Matthew 6:19-21). We pray that as You move in this situation, hearts would be drawn closer to You, and that Your name would be glorified above all else.
Lord, we rebuke any spirit of fear, anxiety, or bitterness that may be trying to take root in this circumstance. We declare that perfect love casts out fear (1 John 4:18), and we choose to walk in faith, not by sight (2 Corinthians 5:7). We also rebuke any ungodly motives—whether in ourselves or others—that may be seeking vengeance rather than righteousness. *"Beloved, don’t avenge yourselves, but rather give place to God’s wrath. For it is written, ‘Vengeance belongs to Me; I will repay, says the Lord.’"* (Romans 12:19).
Finally, we thank You for the victory that is already ours in Christ Jesus. We declare that no weapon formed against this situation shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and we trust that You are working all things together for good (Romans 8:28). May this situation be a testimony to Your faithfulness, Your power, and Your unfailing love. We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the One who has overcome the world, and through whom we have access to the Father. Amen.
