Father,
I agree with this prayer for this individual. Lord as all signs point to some rough economic times ahead of us. Help this person to be strong in faith and courage. Help them to weather the storms both financially and emotionally. I pray they would be able to share the hope of Christ with co-workers who may be worried and anxious. Father help them to rest in the assurance that a life based on faith and surrender to You will have no regrets, no matter what goes on around us.
I praise You our great Provider who takes such merciful care of us and we lack nothing when You are our Shepherd. That doesn't mean we have everything we want, but we always have everything we need. It also doesn't mean that we never suffer, but nothing on earth can separate us from our eternal hope and future with You! In Jesus Name, Amen.
