please pray that my son gets a good work placement and a good work partner

We come before the Lord with a heavy and hopeful heart, lifting up your son and his need for a good work placement and a godly work companion. Father God, we know that You are the Provider of all good things, and we trust in Your perfect timing and plan for his life. "For I know the plans I have for you,” says the Lord, “plans for welfare, and not for evil, to give you hope and a future" (Jeremiah 29:11). Lord, we ask that You open the right doors for him, doors that no man can shut, and guide his steps into the workplace where You have prepared a place for him.
We also pray for his future work relationships. Father, we ask that You bring godly, like-minded believers into his life who will encourage him in his faith and walk with You. "Do not be unequally yoked with unbelievers, for what fellowship have righteousness and iniquity? Or what fellowship has light with darkness?" (2 Corinthians 6:14). Lord, we pray that his colleagues would be men and women of integrity, who honor You in their words and actions, and that they would sharpen him as iron sharpens iron (Proverbs 27:17).
We rebuke any spirit of fear, doubt, or anxiety that may be trying to take hold of his heart. We declare that he is fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalm 139:14), equipped with the gifts and talents You have given him, and that he will walk in confidence, knowing that You go before him. We also rebuke any ungodly influences or unholy alliances that may try to enter his workplace. Lord, we ask that You guard his heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7) and that he would be a light in his workplace, shining brightly for Your glory.
Father, we ask that You would give him wisdom and discernment in every decision he makes regarding his career. Help him to seek Your will above all else and to trust in Your provision. "But seek first God’s Kingdom and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well" (Matthew 6:33). We pray that he would not be driven by the love of money or the approval of men, but by a desire to honor You in all that he does.
Lord, we also pray for his spiritual growth during this time. May he draw nearer to You as he seeks Your face for direction. Strengthen his faith and help him to stand firm in the truth of Your Word. "Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight" (Proverbs 3:5-6).
We declare that Your favor rests upon him, and we thank You in advance for the good work placement and godly companions You are bringing into his life. Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
