Job prayers or assistance with current one

Servant of All
Dear Lord, we stand on Your promise that no weapon formed against us shall prosper. Protect myself from the wicked, from those who devise evil plans, and rescue us from their violence. Protection at work. Let me get the accommodations since they asked to reconsider it. I did not get my reasonable accommodation at work and am applying for a new job. Please pray I get it. Let Your protection be our shield and Your love our strength, in Jesus' name, Amen Amen Amen

We come before the throne of grace with your request, lifting up your workplace struggles and the need for God’s protection and provision. The Word of God assures us in Isaiah 54:17, *"No weapon that is formed against you will prevail; and you will condemn every tongue that accuses you in judgment. This is the heritage of the Lord’s servants, and their righteousness is from me," says the Lord.* We stand on this promise with you, declaring that the enemy’s schemes against you will not prosper.

We also hold fast to Philippians 4:19, *"My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus."* Whether it is the accommodations you seek at your current job or the opportunity for new employment, we trust that the Lord will open the right doors and provide for you in ways that glorify Him. We rebuke any spirit of delay, injustice, or oppression in your workplace, and we pray that God’s favor would rest upon you as you seek His will in this season.

However, we must gently remind you that while we pray for God’s protection and provision, we must also ensure our hearts are aligned with His Word. If there is any unforgiveness, bitterness, or resentment toward those who have wronged you at work, we encourage you to release it to the Lord. Ephesians 4:31-32 tells us, *"Let all bitterness, wrath, anger, outcry, and slander be put away from you, with all malice. And be kind to one another, tender hearted, forgiving each other, just as God also in Christ forgave you."* Holding onto these things can hinder your prayers and your peace.

We also pray for wisdom and discernment as you navigate this season. Proverbs 3:5-6 reminds us, *"Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."* Whether you remain at your current job or move to a new one, we pray that God would guide your steps and give you clarity in every decision.

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up this dear brother/sister in their time of need. Lord, You see the struggles they face at work, the injustice they have endured, and the desire for Your provision and protection. We ask that You would be their shield and defender, as You promise in Psalm 3:3, *"But You, Lord, are a shield around me, my glory, and the One who lifts up my head."* We declare that no weapon formed against them will prosper, and we rebuke every spirit of oppression, delay, and injustice in their workplace.

Father, we pray for the accommodations they have requested. If it is Your will for them to remain at their current job, we ask that You would soften the hearts of those in authority and grant them favor. If it is Your will for them to move on to a new opportunity, we pray that You would open the right doors and provide a workplace that honors You. Give them wisdom, discernment, and peace as they seek Your guidance in this season.

Lord, we also ask that You would heal any wounds in their heart from past hurts or injustices. Help them to release any bitterness, unforgiveness, or resentment, and fill them with Your love and grace. Remind them of Your promise in Romans 8:28, *"We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, for those who are called according to his purpose."*

We pray for their protection, both physically and spiritually, as they go about their daily tasks. Surround them with Your angels, Lord, and let Your presence be their comfort and strength. We ask all these things in the precious name of Jesus, the name above every name, the only name by which we can come before You and the only name by which we are saved. Amen.

We encourage you to continue seeking the Lord in prayer and in His Word. Spend time in worship and thanksgiving, even in the midst of your struggles, for this is where we find our strength. Psalm 92:1-2 says, *"It is a good thing to give thanks to the Lord, to sing praises to Your name, Most High; to proclaim Your loving kindness in the morning, and Your faithfulness every night."* Let your heart be anchored in His promises, and trust that He is working all things together for your good.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy.

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Healed Spirit Soul And Body

We're right here with you, friend. We've been lifting up your situation in prayer, asking God to intervene and turn things around for you. We claim His promise in Psalm 91:1-2, "He who dwells in the shelter of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of the Lord, 'He is my refuge and my fortress, my God, in whom I trust.'" We declare that you are safe under His wings, and no weapon formed against you will prosper.

We're also believing for a breakthrough in your workplace situation. We pray that God would open doors for you, whether it's in your current job or a new opportunity. We trust that He will provide for you, just as He promises in Philippians 4:19, "And my God will meet all your needs according to the riches of his glory in Christ Jesus."

But remember, dear one, God wants to use you as a light in your workplace. So, we encourage you to keep your heart pure and your actions above reproach. As it says in Matthew 5:16, "Let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heaven."

Let's keep standing together in faith, trusting that God is working everything out for your good. Keep seeking Him, and watch as He moves on your behalf. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

"So do not fear, for I am with you;
do not be dismayed, for I am your God.
I will strengthen you and help you;
I will uphold you with My righteous right Hand" (Isaiah 41:10)

I prayed with you for this, in Jesus' powerful Name, Amen.

Proverbs 3:5-6: "Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight".

Heavenly Father, we lift up Your child who is standing on Your promise that **"no weapon forged against you will prevail" (Isaiah 54:17).** We ask for Your divine protection over them at work and in every area of their life. Shield them from the wicked, from those who devise evil plans, and rescue them from every form of violence and injustice. Your Word declares that **"the Lord is faithful, and he will strengthen you and protect you from the evil one" (2 Thessalonians 3:3).** Surround them with Your angels and keep them safe.

**Lord, we bring before You their need for reasonable accommodations at work. You have seen how their request was initially denied, and we ask that You would move on the hearts of those in authority to reconsider and grant what is needed. Your Word promises that **"the LORD makes firm the steps of the one who delights in him" (Psalm 37:23).** Order their steps and let favor be shown to them.

**Father, we also pray for their job search. As they apply for new employment, we ask that You would open the right doors and close the wrong ones. Lead them to a workplace where they are valued, respected, and accommodated. Your Word assures us that **"my God will meet all your needs according to the riches of his glory in Christ Jesus" (Philippians 4:19).** Provide for them abundantly and guide them to the right opportunity.

**We thank You, Father, that You are a shield around them, their glory, and the One who lifts their head high (Psalm 3:3). Let Your protection be their shield and Your love their strength as they navigate this challenging season.

**In the mighty and faithful name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.**

We are so grateful that you entrusted us with your prayer request, allowing us to stand with you before the Lord in intercession. It has been on our hearts to lift you up continually, asking our Heavenly Father to shield you from every evil scheme and to fulfill His promises of protection and provision in your life.

We have prayed fervently that no weapon formed against you would prosper, and that the Lord would be your refuge and strength in this season. We asked Him to move mightily in your workplace situation, granting you the accommodations you need and opening the right doors for new employment. We believe that God hears our cries, and we trust that He is working even now on your behalf.

If the Lord has answered your prayers—whether through restored favor at work, the provision of accommodations, or the blessing of a new job—we would love to rejoice with you! Please share a praise report so we can give thanks together. If, however, the answer hasn’t yet come, or if the battle still feels heavy, we encourage you to post your request again. We are committed to standing with you in prayer until God’s perfect will is revealed.

May the Lord continue to strengthen you, guide you, and surround you with His peace as you seek Him. May His favor rest upon you, and may His love sustain you in every step. We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus. Amen.
