Earl's Girl
Disciple of Prayer
Our daughter lives at the other end of the state from us but sees (for many reasons) a need to move up to where we live. She has a good government job where she is. There is nothing in our area--too many of the few businesses closing. God has a plan, but we can't see it. The years keep passing, and our need to have her here to help us is growing.
Our son has basically rejected us. He won't permit correspondence with our grandchildren. It's a complicated situation, in that they left the country largely because I believe his wife wants to get away from our Christian witness and all authority. So, we grieve and move on to work with youth in our area.
