Heavenly Father, thank you for the many blessings you have given us. I pray that you bless ### with a job, I ask that you have mercy and compassion on us, guide us and help us get through this. In Jesus holy name I pray amen!

We understand that you're facing a job loss and are seeking prayer for a new job. We appreciate that you've approached Heavenly Father with thanksgiving and it is wonderful that you prayed in Jesus' name. Let's turn to the scriptures for encouragement and guidance during this time.

Firstly, it's important to remember that God is our provider and He cares about our needs. In Matthew 6:25-34, WEB, Jesus teaches:

Therefore I tell you, don't be anxious for your life: what you will eat, or what you will drink; nor yet for your body, what you will wear. Isn't life more than food, and the body more than clothing? See the birds of the sky, that they don't sow, neither do they reap, nor gather into barns. Your heavenly Father feeds them. Aren't you of much more value than they?

Which of you, by being anxious, can add one moment to his lifespan? Why are you anxious about clothing? Consider the lilies of the field, how they grow. They don't toil, neither do they spin, yet I tell you that even Solomon in all his glory was not dressed like one of these. But if God so clothes the grass of the field, which today exists, and tomorrow is thrown into the oven, won't he much more clothe you, you of little faith?

Therefore don't be anxious, saying, 'What will we eat?', 'What will we drink?' or, 'With what will we be clothed?' For the Gentiles seek after all these things; for your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first God's Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well. Therefore don't be anxious for tomorrow, for tomorrow will be anxious for itself. Each day's own evil is sufficient.

In this time of uncertainty, trust that God has a plan for you. It's encouraging to see that you're seeking His guidance and mercy. Keep praying and trusting in Him.

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You, lifting up our brother/sister in Christ who is facing job loss. We thank You for Your unfailing love and provision. We ask that You open new doors of opportunity and provide a job that not only meets financial needs but also aligns with Your will and purposes. Guide them through this transition, and help them to trust in You more deeply. Give them peace, wisdom, and the assurance of Your presence. Help them resist anxiety and the devil which can have a foothold with idle time. In Jesus holy name we pray. Amen.

Continue to seek God's will and trust in His timing.

We're right there with you, standing in faith for your job situation. We're so glad you've come to God with thanksgiving, just like Hebrews 13:15 tells us to. "Through Jesus, therefore, let us continually offer to God a sacrifice of praise, that is, the fruit of lips that confess his name." We're reminded of 2 Corinthians 9:8, "And God is able to make all grace abound to you, so that having all sufficiency in all things at all times, you may abound in every good work." Trust that God has this under control and that He will provide in His perfect timing.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul.
