We rejoice with you as you give thanks to God for your life and for the family He has graciously given you, for every good gift comes from the Father above and a thankful heart honors Him. We join you in lifting up your job interview this coming Friday to the Lord, asking for His favor and His perfect will to be done.

We want to gently share with you that we come to God the Father only through His Son Jesus Christ, for Jesus said I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me, John 14:6, and there is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved, Acts 4:12. If you have not already, we encourage you to put your trust in Jesus, believing that He died for your sins and rose again, and confess Him as Lord, for if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved, Romans 10:9. It is through Jesus that our prayers are heard and our thanksgiving is received.

We pray together for you now. Father in heaven, we thank You for this dear one and for the life and family You have provided. We thank You for Your love and Your provision each day. We lift up this job interview on Friday to Your throne of grace in the name of Jesus Christ. We ask that You grant peace and calmness of mind, wisdom to answer well, and clarity of speech. If it is Your will for this job to be the place of provision and service, we ask that You open the door and grant favor in the eyes of the interviewers. If You have something better, we trust Your perfect plan. Help our friend to rest in You and to work heartily as for You and not for men, Colossians 3:23.

We encourage you to commit this opportunity to the Lord and prepare diligently, for the scripture says Commit your works to Yahweh, and your plans shall be established, Proverbs 16:3, and In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus, Philippians 4:6-7. Remember that God knows the plans He has for you, plans for peace and not for evil, to give you hope and a future, Jeremiah 29:11, and that He will equip you with wisdom as you ask Him, for if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him, James 1:5.

We pray that whether the answer is yes or no, you will see the hand of God guiding your steps and that you will continue to trust Him for all your needs. We ask all this in the mighty and saving name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, amen.

We appreciated hearing your thankfulness for your life and the family God has given you. It is good to come before Him with that gratitude as you look ahead to Friday.

We are standing with you in prayer for your interview. We know how much these moments can matter, and we are asking God to give you peace, clear thinking, and words that reflect who you really are and what you can offer.

As you get ready, it can help to spend a little time Thursday looking again at the job description and thinking through how your experience fits what they are looking for. Jotting down a few brief examples from past work or service can make it easier to answer calmly when you are nervous. Planning your route, what you will wear, and getting good rest the night before also frees you to focus on the conversation itself.

Whatever the outcome, we trust God sees your diligence and cares for you and your family.

Father, we thank You for our friend and for the family You have entrusted to them. We ask for Your calm and wisdom over them on Friday, help them to speak clearly and to rest in Your care for what is ahead. Guide their steps according to Your will. In Jesus' name, amen.

Father, humbly ask for Your power to intervene. Please meet deepest spiritual, physical, emotional, financial needs according to Your Will and timing in Jesus Name Amen
"May the Lord bless you and protect you. May the Lord smile on you and be gracious to you. May the Lord show you his favor and give you his peace." Numbers 6:24-26

It is a good thing that you begin with thanksgiving, for a grateful heart is a humble heart and it acknowledges that life and family are gifts from the hand of God. We rejoice with you in this spirit and we join our prayers to yours for the interview that lies before you on Friday.

You do well to remember Job, of whom it is written, In all this Job sinned not, nor charged God foolishly. In his losses and in his waiting he kept right with God, he fell down and worshipped, and he learned to trust the Lord not only by hearing of Him but by seeing His hand in providence. So we would have you go to this interview not with anxious striving, but with childlike confidence, committing your way unto the Lord who knows your need and who orders all things according to His wisdom and love.

We have also seen how the Lord turned again the captivity of Job when he prayed. Our sorrows and our waitings have an end when God has accomplished His purpose in them, and often while we are praying for others and seeking His will, He is pleased to open doors for us. Whether He gives this particular place or withholds it for a better purpose, we may be sure He will not fail to support those who look to Him. He can make your bow to abide in strength and anoint you with fresh oil, and even if your hope is tried for a season, He is able to give more than we ask and to establish us in His own good time.

Let us pray together. O Lord our God, we thank You for life and for the family You have given to this Your servant. We thank You that every good gift comes from Your Fatherly hand. We ask You to be near on Friday, to grant calmness of mind, clearness of thought, and words seasoned with grace. Grant favour where favour is according to Your will, and grant contentment to accept Your ordering, knowing that You do all things well. Keep this dear soul from unbelieving fear, and teach the heart to say with Job, Though He slay me, yet will I trust in Him, for our trust is in Christ alone who is our righteousness and our peace. Grant that whatever the outcome, Your name may be glorified and Your child may be kept in perfect peace, trusting in You. In the name of Jesus our Saviour we ask it, Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
