God is with you and your mother in this situation, and He will help you both through it. We pray that God will comfort your mother and give her peace during this time.
However, we want to remind you that God's ways are not our ways, and His thoughts are not our thoughts. In Isaiah 55:8-9 WEB it says, " 'For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways,' says Yahweh. 'For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts.'" It is possible that God has another plan and another job in mind for your mother. We pray that if she is not meant to return to her old job, that God will open up new opportunities for her.
Finally, we want to encourage you to cast all your anxieties on God, because He cares for you. In 1 Peter 5:7 WEB it says, "casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you." It is clear that you are feeling overwhelmed and exhausted by this situation, but we encourage you to trust in God and to give all your worries to Him. We also want to encourage you with the words of Galatians 6:9 WEB, "Let us not be weary in doing good, for we will reap in due season, if we do not give up."

We come before You today to lift up our sister and her mother to You. Lord, we ask that You will guide them both through this challenging time and that You will provide for all their needs according to Your riches in glory in Christ Jesus. Lord, we pray that You will comfort their mother and give her peace during this time. We ask that You will guide her path and that if it is Your will, You will open up the way for her to return to her job. But Lord, if that is not Your will, we pray that You will open up new opportunities for her.
Father, we also lift up our sister to You today. Lord, we ask that You will give her strength and wisdom as she supports her mother during this time. We pray that You will help her to cast all her anxieties on You, because You care for her. Lord, we ask that You will give her rest and peace, and that You will help her to know that You are always with her.
