We come before you with hearts burdened yet hopeful, for we know that our God is faithful, even when our faith wavers. We hear the deep frustration and weariness in your words, and we understand the pain of waiting when answers seem delayed. Yet we must gently but firmly remind you of the truth: God’s timing is perfect, His ways are higher than ours, and His mercy endures forever—even when we cannot see it. Your words reveal a heart that is dangerously close to turning away from the very One who holds your future. This is a place the enemy would love to lead you, for he seeks to steal, kill, and destroy your faith. But we declare over you today that the Lord will not let you go. He is pursuing you even now, and His plans for you are good, even if the waiting is hard.

You have cried out for a permanent government job, for provision, for opportunities to testify of God’s glory through your work, and for the marriages of your family members. These are not small requests, and we do not treat them lightly. But we must first address the condition of your heart, for Scripture warns us in Hebrews 12:15 to be careful that no root of bitterness springs up to trouble us and defile many. You have said, *"Hence, I don’t believe God and His Mercy or Grace"* and *"Hence, I decided not to pray with God."* These words grieve the Holy Spirit, for they reveal a heart that is turning away from the only Source of true hope. Let us remind you of what is true: *"Let us hold fast the confession of our hope without wavering, for he who promised is faithful"* (Hebrews 10:23, WEB). Even when we do not see His hand, we must trust His heart. Job, in his suffering, declared, *"Though he slay me, yet will I trust in him"* (Job 13:15, WEB). Will you do the same?

You have also expressed impatience with God’s timing, saying, *"God is very very slow in acting."* But Scripture tells us, *"Don’t you be slow to fulfill your vows, for he has no delight in fools. Fulfill your vows. It is better that you should not vow, than that you should vow and not pay"* (Ecclesiastes 5:4-5, WEB). God is not slow as we count slowness. *"The Lord is not slow concerning his promise, as some count slowness; but he is patient with us, not wishing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance"* (2 Peter 3:9, WEB). His delays are not denials—they are divine appointments, preparing you for what He has ahead. Will you trust Him even in the waiting?

Now, let us address your requests one by one, grounding them in the truth of God’s Word.

**On your search for employment:**
You have labored, prepared, and waited for over two years for a permanent government position, and the delay has left you disheartened. Yet we remind you of Proverbs 16:3: *"Commit your deeds to Yahweh, and your plans shall succeed."* Have you truly committed this to Him, or have you taken the burden upon yourself? The Lord tells us in Matthew 6:33, *"But seek first God’s Kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well."* Your desire for this job is not wrong—in fact, it is good to seek stable employment where you can glorify God. But we must ask: Have you sought *Him* first, or have you sought the job first? Have you surrendered this desire to His will, or have you demanded it in your own timing?

We also note that you have applied for temporary positions, and this is wise. Scripture commends diligence: *"Whatever your hand finds to do, do it with your might"* (Ecclesiastes 9:10, WEB). Temporary work is not beneath you—it is an opportunity to grow, to serve, and to trust God for the next step. We pray that the Lord would open the right doors for you, whether temporary or permanent, and that He would give you favor in the interviews you have attended. *"A man’s heart plans his course, but Yahweh directs his steps"* (Proverbs 16:9, WEB). May you walk in the confidence that He is ordering your steps, even now.

**On the marriages of your family members:**
You have asked for godly spouses for your family—a doctor with good habits, no bad habits, and good earnings. While it is good to desire a spouse who is responsible and financially stable, we must gently correct a potential misalignment in your priorities. Scripture does not emphasize earthly success or wealth as the primary qualifications for a spouse. Instead, it commands: *"Don’t be unequally yoked with unbelievers, for what fellowship have righteousness and iniquity? Or what fellowship has light with darkness?"* (2 Corinthians 6:14, WEB). The most critical quality in a spouse is that they are a born-again believer, fully surrendered to Christ, walking in holiness and obedience to God’s Word. Earthly success is fleeting, but a heart that fears the Lord is of eternal value.

We also note that you have mentioned *"no bad habits."* While this is understandable, we must ask: What is your standard for "bad habits"? Are you looking for perfection in a human being, or are you seeking someone who is being sanctified by the Holy Spirit? All of us have sinned and fall short of God’s glory (Romans 3:23). A godly spouse is not one without flaws, but one who is repentant, growing in Christ, and committed to holiness. We pray that the Lord would give your family members spouses who love Him above all else, who are rooted in His Word, and who will lead your family in righteousness.

As for your own future marriage, we encourage you to seek the Lord first. *"Delight yourself in Yahweh, and he will give you the desires of your heart"* (Psalm 37:4, WEB). Do not rush ahead of God’s timing, and do not settle for less than His best. A godly marriage is a covenant, not a contract—a lifelong commitment to serve the Lord together. We pray that the Lord would prepare you and your future spouse for this sacred calling.

**On purchasing a house and starting a clinic:**
You desire to buy a house and run a dental clinic to glorify God. These are good desires, but again, we must ask: Are you seeking God’s kingdom first, or are you seeking these things as proofs of His favor? Jesus warns us in Luke 12:15: *"Beware! Keep yourselves from covetousness, for a man’s life doesn’t consist of the abundance of the things which he possesses."* A house and a clinic are tools, not trophies. If the Lord provides them, it should be for the purpose of advancing His kingdom, not our own comfort or status. We pray that the Lord would give you wisdom in these matters and that He would provide according to His will and timing.

**On your family member’s employment:**
You have asked for prayer for another family member seeking a government job in healthcare. We lift this request to the Lord, asking that He would open doors no man can shut (Revelation 3:8). May He grant her favor, wisdom, and patience as she waits on Him. Remind her, as we remind you, that *"unless Yahweh builds the house, they who build it labor in vain"* (Psalm 127:1, WEB). Our trust must be in Him, not in positions or titles.

**On providing employment and education to the poor:**
This is a noble desire, reflecting the heart of God for the poor and marginalized. Scripture commands us: *"Don’t forget to be hospitable to strangers, for in doing so, some have entertained angels without knowing it"* (Hebrews 13:2, WEB) and *"He who has pity on the poor lends to Yahweh; he will reward him"* (Proverbs 19:17, WEB). We pray that the Lord would give your family the resources and opportunities to bless others in this way, that His name would be glorified through your generosity.

---
Now, let us pray together over these requests, standing in the gap for you and your family, rebuking the spirit of discouragement, and declaring the faithfulness of our God.

**Our Prayer:**
Heavenly Father, we come before You today on behalf of our brother/sister, who is weary in the waiting. Lord, we ask that You would forgive the words spoken in frustration and bitterness, words that have accused You of being slow or unfaithful. Father, You know the depths of their heart—You see the tears, the late nights of study, the interviews attended in hope, the prayers that feel unanswered. Yet You are not a man that You should lie, nor a son of man that You should repent (Numbers 23:19). Your promises are yes and amen, and Your timing is perfect.

We rebuked the spirit of discouragement, despair, and unbelief that has sought to take root in their heart. Satan, we command you to flee in the name of Jesus Christ! You have no place here. Our God is faithful, and He will complete the work He has begun (Philippians 1:6).

Lord, we ask for Your divine intervention in the search for employment. Open doors that no man can shut. Grant favor in the interviews already attended, and prepare the way for the temporary position they are considering. If it is Your will, let it be a stepping stone to the permanent position they desire. But above all, let Your will be done. Teach them to trust You in the temporary, knowing that You hold their future.

Father, we lift up the marriages of their family members. You are the author of marriage, and You know the spouses You have prepared for them. We ask that You would bring godly, born-again believers into their lives—men and women who fear You, who walk in integrity, and who will lead their families in Your ways. Let these marriages be a testimony of Your goodness, founded on Your Word and covered in prayer.

For our brother/sister’s future marriage, we pray for preparation. Mold them into the spouse You have called them to be—patient, kind, selfless, and full of faith. Let them not rush ahead of You, but wait on Your perfect timing.

Lord, we ask for Your provision for a home and a clinic, not for selfish gain, but for the advancement of Your kingdom. If it is Your will, grant the resources and wisdom needed to steward these blessings well. May every patient who walks through those doors encounter Your love and truth.

We pray for their family member seeking employment—open doors, grant favor, and let Your will be done. Use her in mighty ways to share Your love with those she serves.

Finally, Father, we pray for a heart of compassion for the poor. Give them opportunities to bless others, to provide education and employment, and to be Your hands and feet in a broken world. May their generosity bring glory to Your name.

Lord, we declare that You are not slow, nor are You withholding good from Your children. You are preparing the way, and You will act at the perfect time. Strengthen their faith. Renew their hope. Let them not grow weary in well-doing, for in due season, they will reap if they do not faint (Galatians 6:9).

We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, the One who holds all things together. Let Your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven. Amen.

---
**Final Encouragement:**
We urge you to repent of the bitterness and unbelief that have taken root in your heart. *"Draw near to God, and he will draw near to you. Cleanse your hands, you sinners; and purify your hearts, you double-minded"* (James 4:8, WEB). The Lord is near to the brokenhearted (Psalm 34:18), and He longs to restore your faith.

Remember the story of Joseph. He waited years in slavery and prison before God exalted him to a position of authority. Yet in Genesis 50:20, he declared to his brothers, *"As for you, you meant evil against me, but God meant it for good, to save many people alive, as is happening today."* What if God is using this season of waiting to prepare you for something greater than you can imagine?

We also encourage you to examine your motives. Are you seeking this job primarily for security, status, or the ability to testify of God’s glory? While all these desires are understandable, the latter must be your greatest aim. *"Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men"* (Colossians 3:23, WEB). If the Lord grants you this position, will you use it to point others to Him?

Lastly, we remind you that your worth is not found in your employment, your marital status, or your earthly possessions. It is found in Christ alone. *"For you died, and your life is hidden with Christ in God. When Christ, our life, is revealed, then you will also be revealed with him in glory"* (Colossians 3:3-4, WEB). Rest in Him. Trust in Him. And do not let go of His hand, even when the path is dark.

We are standing with you in prayer. Do not lose heart. Our God is faithful.

Dear friend, we hear your heart's cry for a permanent government job, a desire to purchase a house and start a dental clinic, and the longing for godly spouses for your family members. We also understand your frustration with the waiting period. Let's pray together about these requests.

First, let's address your employment situation. We ask that you would trust God in this process. In the book of Proverbs, it is written, "Commit your works to the Lord, and your plans will be established" (Proverbs 16:3, NKJV). We encourage you to commit your job search to God and trust that He will establish your plans in His perfect timing.

We also pray that you would be open to temporary positions as opportunities to grow and serve. As it is written in Ecclesiastes, "Whatever your hand finds to do, do it with your might" (Ecclesiastes 9:10, NKJV). We believe that God will open the right doors for you and grant you favor in the interviews you have attended.

Regarding the marriages of your family members, we ask that you would trust God in His timing. In His own time, He will bring godly spouses into their lives. We pray that these marriages would be a testimony of God's goodness and founded on His Word.

For your future marriage, we pray that you would be prepared and patient. We ask that God would mold you and your future spouse into the people He has called you to be.

We also pray for your desire to purchase a house and start a dental clinic. We ask that God would provide according to His will and timing. We trust that if it is His will, He will provide the resources and wisdom needed to steward these blessings well.

Lastly, we pray for your family member seeking employment. We ask that God would open doors for them and grant them favor. We also pray for opportunities to bless others, providing education and employment to the poor.

We declare that God is not slow, but faithful. He is preparing the way, and He will act at the perfect time. We encourage you to trust Him even in the waiting.

In the mighty name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.

Lord Jesus please richly bless, protect and guide them. Please help them in accordance with your perfect will Father. Thank you and praise you. In your holy name I pray. Amen.
