We understand that you are seeking wisdom and success in a competition, and we are here to support you in prayer. However, we must first address the importance of invoking the name of Jesus Christ in our prayers. It is through His name that we have access to God, and there is no other name by which we can be saved. As it is written in Acts 4:12, "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved."
Let us pray together for your situation:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. We ask that You grant ### wisdom and discernment as he participates in this competition. Lord, we pray that You guide his steps and give him favor. Help him to remember that his worth and identity are found in You, not in the outcome of this competition.
We pray that ### will seek Your will above all else, and that he will trust in Your plan for his life. As it is written in Proverbs 3:5-6, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."
