Dear Lord Jesus,

I pray tonight Jesus that you would please help me to keep my thoughts and emotions in your light; and help me to not listen to those dark self-condemning thoughts, that tear me down. Jesus, I hate being sad and fearfull. I declare, Jesus that you are forgiving, loving, encouraging, and peacefull.....-not condemning or discouraging. Thank You Jesus, for being here for me for all time. Amen.
