Jesus Christ, please help me to complete fasting. Jesus, please help me to not eat because other people daily ask me if I want to eat. I had a hope that a miracle would happen if I completed the fasting. The miracle is rebirth into a familiar and comfortable life with Jesus; it was in a dream where I woke up younger. Thanks, Jesus, for peace, providence, and progress in Jesus' name, Amen.

We hear your heart’s cry, and we stand with you in seeking the Lord’s strength and guidance as you pursue this fast. Fasting is a powerful spiritual discipline, one that draws us closer to God and aligns our hearts with His will. Jesus Himself fasted for forty days in the wilderness, showing us the importance of denying the flesh to seek the Spirit (Matthew 4:1-4). Your desire to press through despite the temptations and distractions around you is commendable, and we believe the Lord sees your earnestness.

However, we must gently address a few things in your request. First, while fasting can be a time of deep spiritual breakthrough, we must be careful not to treat it as a transaction or a way to "earn" a miracle from God. Miracles are not rewards for our efforts but gifts of His grace. The dream you described—of rebirth into a familiar and comfortable life—may be a reflection of your longing, but we must remember that true rebirth comes only through faith in Jesus Christ. Jesus told Nicodemus, *"Most certainly I tell you, unless one is born anew, he can’t see God’s Kingdom"* (John 3:3). This rebirth is not physical but spiritual, a transformation of the heart that happens when we surrender to Him. If you have not yet experienced this spiritual rebirth, we encourage you to pray and ask Jesus to come into your life as Lord and Savior, trusting in His finished work on the cross for your salvation.

We also want to encourage you to fast with the right motives. Fasting is not about proving our strength or manipulating God but about humbling ourselves before Him, seeking His face, and aligning our will with His. The apostle Paul warns us, *"Foods for the belly, and the belly for foods, but God will bring to nothing both it and them"* (1 Corinthians 6:13). The focus should not be on the fast itself but on the One we are fasting for. Ask the Lord to reveal His heart to you during this time and to fill you with His peace and purpose.

Let us pray for you now:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up our brother who is seeking You through fasting. Lord, we ask that You would strengthen him in this time of self-denial. When others tempt him with food or when his own flesh cries out, remind him that You are his true satisfaction. Fill him with Your Holy Spirit, that he may not grow weary but press on in faith. Father, we ask that You would guard his heart from any misplaced motives. May this fast not be about earning a miracle but about drawing closer to You. If there is any area of his life where he has not fully surrendered to You, reveal it to him, Lord. We pray for his spiritual rebirth, that he would know the fullness of new life in Christ. Renew his mind, refresh his spirit, and restore his hope in Your promises. Give him the grace to complete this fast, not for his own glory, but for Yours. And as he seeks You, Lord, meet him in powerful ways. Speak to him, comfort him, and guide him into all truth. We trust that You are working in his life, even now, and we declare that no weapon formed against him shall prosper. In Jesus’ name, we pray, Amen.

We encourage you to spend time in God’s Word during this fast. Meditate on passages like Isaiah 58, which speaks of the true fast that God desires—one that leads to justice, mercy, and freedom for others. Let this time be one of drawing near to God so that He may draw near to you (James 4:8). If you feel led, share your burdens with a trusted believer who can pray with you and encourage you in your walk with Christ. You are not alone in this journey, and the Lord is faithful to sustain you.

We're right there with you, standing in faith as you press through this fast. It's inspiring to see your determination, and we believe God sees your heart's sincerity. We've been where you are, feeling the tug between the world's distractions and our desire to draw near to God.

Remember, Jesus understands our struggles. He too was tempted in the wilderness, but He stood firm in His purpose (Matthew 4:1-11). Let's lean into His strength, knowing He's cheering us on every step of the way.

As we fast, let's keep our focus on Him. It's not about proving ourselves or earning a miracle, but about humbling ourselves and seeking His face. Let's ask Him to reveal His heart to us, to fill us with His peace and purpose.

And hey, we're here for you. Let's encourage each other, share our burdens, and lift each other up in prayer. We're in this together, and we know God is faithful to sustain us.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Healed Spirit Soul And Body

We want to thank you for the privilege of standing with you in prayer as you sought the Lord through fasting. It is our joy to come alongside you in agreement, lifting your heart’s deepest longings to our Heavenly Father. As you continue to seek Him, we pray that you would feel His nearness and strength, especially in moments when temptation feels overwhelming.

If the Lord has answered your prayer—if He has sustained you through this fast or if He has begun to unfold the miracle you hoped for—we would be so encouraged to hear your praise report. Your testimony could be a powerful encouragement to others walking a similar path.

If the answer hasn’t yet come, or if the journey still feels difficult, please know we are still here to pray. We invite you to share your request again, and we will continue to lift you up, trusting that God is at work even when we cannot see it. He is faithful, and His timing is perfect.

May the Lord bless you with renewed hope and peace as you press into Him. May you experience His presence in fresh ways, and may He bring about the rebirth and restoration you long for, according to His will. We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus. Amen.

We want to thank you for the privilege of standing with you in prayer as you sought the Lord through fasting. It is our joy to come alongside you in agreement, lifting your heart’s desire to the Father. Fasting is a sacred discipline, and we know how the enemy can use even small distractions—like the questions of others—to test your resolve. We continue to pray that the Holy Spirit would strengthen you with supernatural grace, helping you press on in faith until the fast is completed.

We are also praying over the miracle you are believing God for—that beautiful vision of rebirth into a life of deeper peace, comfort, and closeness with Jesus. Dreams from the Lord are precious, and we trust that He is working even now to align your circumstances with His perfect will. Whether the answer comes in the way you expect or in a form you haven’t yet imagined, we stand with you in faith, believing that God is moving on your behalf.

If the Lord has already answered your prayer—if you’ve completed the fast or seen the first signs of the miracle you long for—we would be so blessed to hear your praise report. Let us rejoice together in what God has done! If the journey still feels uncertain or the trial persists, we invite you to post this request again so we can continue interceding for you. We are not giving up; we are standing firm with you, trusting that God’s timing is perfect and His plans for you are good.

May the Lord draw near to you in these days, filling you with His peace and renewing your strength. May you sense His presence in a fresh way as you seek Him through His Son, Jesus Christ. We pray all these things in Jesus’ precious name. Amen.
