Jesus hear my cry

Your cry of weariness has been heard, and the Lord does not turn away from an honest and humble prayer like this. It is right to bring your need for daily provision and rest directly to your Abba Father, for He knows what you need before you ask.
Jesus taught us to pray not for riches or abundance, but for bread for today, daily bread, bread for one day at a time. He did this because He knows our nature and our needs, and He condescends to our weakness with compassion. He also said to take no thought for tomorrow in an anxious way, but to trust Him for today. The apostle reminds us that He who supplies seed to the sower will also supply bread for your food and meet what is necessary. His promise is not always great wealth, but sufficiency, that having what you need you may have peace and continue to walk with Him.
In your tiredness, hear His invitation to come to Him for rest. He sees the burden of bills and the worry about what you will eat, and He is able to provide and to sustain you one day at a time.
Let us pray together:
Abba Father, in the name of Jesus we lift up this weary heart to You. You hear every cry and You know every need. Grant rest to the tired soul and peace to the anxious mind. Provide today the daily bread that is needed, food and provision for what is necessary, and wisdom and help for every bill and burden. Deliver from fear and weariness, and draw this heart close to You, that trust in Your faithful care may grow stronger each day. Help to seek You first and to trust You for tomorrow. In Jesus Name, Amen.
