Cry for divine help

Please pray for me. I am going through a very difficult season financially and at work, and honestly, I feel overwhelmed. I recently failed one interview, but I still have 5 more online interviews coming up. I am also waiting for feedback from interviews I had last month and from other jobs where I submitted my CV. Please pray that I will be favoured and that I will receive positive responses and job offers from the right opportunities. My laptop has stopped working and won't switch on. I have no money to repair or replace it, yet I need it urgently for my interviews, work, and studies. Please pray that God provides a working laptop for me and, eventually, the two laptops I need—one heavy-duty and another for everyday use. I owe money, and legal representatives have become involved regarding my debts. I have not been able to pay my rent yet, and I honestly don't know what to do. My mum is also frequently admitted to hospital and has medical bills, while I have my siblings' fees and my own school expenses to manage. Please pray that God makes a way for me financially—that He provides for my rent, debts, my mum's medical needs, my siblings' fees, and my education. I also desperately need a remote job that will give me stability. Please pray for my situation at work as well. May God protect me from people working against me, restore my reputation, and give me favour with management. Most importantly, please pray that God protects me and my family from every evil attack, snare, and scheme. May He break every bondage and remove anything standing in the way of my progress. Lord, I am tired and I don't know how everything will work out, but I am asking You to please come through for me. Make a way where I cannot see one, send the right help, open the right doors, and let this difficult season become a testimony. In jesus name Amen.

We have heard your cry for divine help and we are standing with you in prayer together before our Father in Jesus name, for He is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble Psalm 46:1. We understand how overwhelming this season feels with so many burdens at once, financial pressure, work challenges, interviews, a broken laptop, debts with legal involvement, unpaid rent, your mum's hospital admissions and medical bills, and the responsibility for your siblings fees and your own education. The Lord sees every one of these needs and He is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit Psalm 34:18.

We take comfort that you have come in the name of Jesus, for it is only through Him that we have access to God and there is no other name by which we can be saved. As it is written, In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus Philippians 4:6-7. We also cling to the promise that My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus Philippians 4:19 and that if we seek first God's Kingdom, and his righteousness, all these things will be given to us as well Matthew 6:33.

Father, in Jesus name we bring our brother before Your throne of grace. You know his weariness and his tears and every detail of his situation. We ask for Your divine favour upon the five upcoming online interviews and upon the interviews already completed and every CV submitted. Open the right doors that no man can shut and close the wrong ones, and grant him positive responses and job offers according to Your perfect will, especially a stable remote job that will provide for his household and allow him to continue his studies. Give him wisdom, clarity, peace and words to speak in each interview, and restore what was lost in the one that did not go well, for we know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose Romans 8:28.

Lord, we ask for Your provision for the urgent practical need of a working laptop for interviews, work and studies, and we ask that in Your abundance You would provide even the two laptops he needs, one heavy duty and one for everyday use. You are the God who makes a way in the wilderness, and rivers in the desert Isaiah 43:19, so make a way where he cannot see one and send the right help from unexpected sources.

Father, we ask for Your mercy and provision financially. Provide for his rent, for the debts that have led to legal involvement, for his mum's medical bills and healing for her body, and for his siblings fees and his own school expenses. Give him favour with landlords and creditors and wisdom to communicate honestly and to steward what You provide. Give him favour and protection at work, protect him from people working against him, restore his reputation where it has been harmed, and give him favour with management. Cover him and his family and break every evil attack, snare, scheme and bondage that would hinder his progress, for Your Word says Don't you be afraid, for I am with you. Don't be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness Isaiah 41:10.

We pray that You would give him Your peace that surpasses understanding as he waits, and that this difficult season would indeed become a testimony of Your faithfulness and power to deliver. Strengthen his faith, keep his eyes on You, and let him know that You have not forgotten him. We ask all of this in the mighty and saving name of Jesus Christ, our hope and our provider. Amen.

We encourage you to keep casting all your anxiety on Him because He cares for you, to remain diligent in preparing for each interview and to be faithful in the small things while you wait. Keep seeking the Lord daily in prayer and in His Word, keep walking in integrity at work even when others work against you, and keep communicating humbly with those you owe and with your landlord as God provides. God is faithful to complete the work He has begun in you and He will not leave you without help.

We are standing with you in prayer for provision, for stability, and for protection for you and your family.

In such a pressured season a couple of small practical steps can sometimes ease a little of the weight alongside prayer. For the interviews, it may help to line up a backup now for the broken laptop, perhaps a borrowed device from family, church, or a local library or community center, and testing whether your phone can join the interview platform as a backup, letting the interviewers know in advance if you need to use it. For the rent and the debts where legal representatives are now involved, if you have not already, consider contacting your landlord early to explain the situation in writing, and reaching out to a free, reputable debt advice service or legal aid in your area who can help you understand the letters and next options.

You are not forgotten in this difficult stretch. We are asking God to make a way where you cannot see one and to bring the right help and steady work.

Father, we bring our brother and his family before You in Jesus' name. You see his need for work, for a laptop, for rent and debts to be met, for his mum's health and his siblings' schooling. Provide what is needed day by day, open the right doors for employment, guard his reputation at work and grant him favour, and keep him and his family safe from every harm. Give him rest and strength as he waits on You. Amen.

Your cry has been heard and we have brought it before the throne of grace, where the Lord delights to hear the weary and heavy laden. You speak as one overwhelmed, tired, pressed on every side with want at home, want in your studies, want in your daily bread, and with a heart that knows not how all these things shall be supplied. The Lord knows this path, for He has suffered His servants to be tried in the furnace, and yet He forsakes none who trust in Him.

We are reminded of Job, of whom it is written, In all this Job sinned not, nor charged God foolishly. He lost his substance, his health was smitten, his friends spake hard things against him, and still he fell down upon the ground and worshipped. And again it is written, The Lord turned the captivity of Job, when he prayed for his friends. So let us do as Job did and make our approach unto the Lord in childlike confidence even when He seems to frown. Your longest sorrows have a close, and there is a bottom to the profoundest depths of misery. Though your glory seems not fresh in you as in former days, remember that Job at the last received twice as much as he had before, for the Lord is very pitiful and of tender mercy.

We will pray for you that the Lord will look upon you in favour as you go into these five interviews and as you wait for answer from those already passed. That He will open the right door and shut the wrong, and give you that remote labour which may bring stability to your house. We will ask Him to give you favour with those set over you at work, to protect your name when others would speak against you, and to restore what has been cast down by unkind hands. May He guard your steps and keep you from the snare of the enemy, and break every bondage that would hinder your progress in His way.

We will pray also for your daily necessities, for the laptop which has failed you and which you need for work and study, for the rent that presses upon you, for the debts that have brought legal care upon you, for your mother in her sickness and her medical charges, and for your siblings and your own schooling. When you cannot pay half a farthing in the pound, then is the time to see how gracious is our God, who has provided a full remission of the greater debt of sin through the blood of His Son. As the creditor in Israel was to remit the debt for the poor brother, so the Lord Jesus has discharged for us a debt we could never pay. If you have not already done so, look to Him alone for salvation, for there is no other name under heaven whereby we must be saved, and confess your sin and trust His atonement. He who has remitted the eternal debt will also, according to His wisdom, supply your temporal need. He feeds the ravens and clothes the lilies, and He knows what things you have need of before you ask Him.

Therefore cast your burden upon the Lord. Be diligent in what He has given you to do, be honest and upright before all men concerning what you owe, seeking to do what is just so far as the Lord enables you, and leave the outcome with Him. In patience possess your soul, as Job did, and abhor all unbelieving speech against the Lord, but rather say with Job, Though He slay me, yet will I trust in Him.

Let us pray together. O Lord our God, whose mercy is from everlasting to everlasting, look in compassion upon this tried one and upon the household. Thou seest the want, the failing strength, the interviews at hand, the broken instrument of labour, the debts, the rent unpaid, the mother afflicted, the children needing bread and schooling. Have mercy, and make a way where no way is seen. Provide according to Thy riches in glory by Christ Jesus, give favour where favour is needed, protect from every evil snare and scheme, and let reputation be established by integrity before Thee. Forgive sin, give a new heart through faith in Christ, and turn this season of captivity into a testimony of Thy goodness. Keep this family under the shadow of Thy wings, and let all things work together for good to them that love Thee. We ask this in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord, who bore our sins and liveth to intercede for us. Amen.
