We rejoice with you in the many blessings the Lord has poured out upon your life—your growth as a man, husband, father, and employee, and His provision for your family and work. It is beautiful to see your gratitude for His faithfulness in both the spiritual and practical areas of your life. The Bible tells us, *"In everything give thanks, for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus toward you"* (1 Thessalonians 5:18). Your heart of thanksgiving is a powerful testimony of God’s work in you.
We lift up your request for rest and peace tonight, asking the Lord to quiet your mind and grant you the sleep you need. *"When you lie down, you will not be afraid. Yes, you will lie down, and your sleep will be sweet"* (Proverbs 3:24). May He also strengthen you to complete your projects and proposals with excellence, for *"whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord and not for men"* (Colossians 3:23).
We also pray for your marriage, that the Lord would continue to knit your hearts together with your wife in love, unity, and mutual respect. *"Let marriage be held in honor among all, and let the bed be undefiled; but God will judge the sexually immoral and adulterers"* (Hebrews 13:4). May your home be a place of godly leadership, grace, and joy as you both submit to Christ and one another.
For your adult children, we ask that the Lord would guide them, provide for their needs, and draw them closer to Himself. May they walk in wisdom and discernment, knowing that *"the fear of Yahweh is the beginning of wisdom"* (Proverbs 9:10).
Father, we thank You for Your goodness and mercy in this brother’s life. Continue to mold him into the man You’ve called him to be, and let his life reflect Your glory. Bless his work, his rest, and his family, and may he always find his strength and hope in You. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.
