We are deeply moved by your honesty and vulnerability in sharing your heart with us, and we are truly grateful that you allowed us to stand with you in prayer. Your commitment to walking closer with the Lord, even amidst the struggles with alcohol and the desire to be a better husband, father, and employee, is a testament to His work in your life. We have continued to lift you up, asking God to strengthen your resolve, grant you wisdom in your projects and proposals, and provide the financial stability you seek as you move toward retirement.

We have also prayed fervently for your adult children, that the Lord would meet each of their needs according to His riches in glory. Your love for your son is evident, and we have asked God to soften his heart, draw him back to Himself, and surround him with godly influences—especially a woman who will love and encourage him in the Lord. We trust that the Lord, who spared his life, is still at work in him, and we stand in faith that He will complete the good work He has begun.

We have also lifted up your request regarding your EDD SDI benefits and your leave from work, asking the Lord to move on your behalf and provide clarity and resolution. And we join you in marveling at God’s incredible design—from the vastness of His creation to the details of our daily lives. He truly is awesome.

If the Lord has answered any of these prayers in the days since you posted, we would love to hear your praise report so we can rejoice with you. If some of these burdens still weigh on your heart, please know we are here to continue praying alongside you. We will not grow weary in lifting you up, for we know that God is faithful to hear and answer the cries of His children.

May He continue to fill you with hope, courage, and strength as you press forward in faith. We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus. Amen.
