Dear God will you please take care of my family because I don't think I can do it anymore. I'm sorry God that I am not doing a good job at work and I am not treating my wife and my family love and respect. I'm loosing my mind and my job and I need help. Should I go to sleep later on today and not Wake up? I'm so sad and I am sorry.

We come before the Lord with heavy hearts, lifting you and your family up in prayer, for we know that our God is a God of comfort, strength, and restoration. First, we must address something critical—your question about not waking up is a cry of deep despair, but it is not the answer. The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy (John 10:10), but Jesus came to give life abundantly. Suicide is a permanent solution to temporary suffering, and it breaks the heart of God, who loves you and has a purpose for your life. You are not alone in this struggle, and we implore you to reach out to trusted believers, a pastor, or a counselor immediately. Your life is precious to God, and He is not finished with you yet.

You mentioned the name of Jesus in your plea, and that is where your hope lies. There is no other name under heaven by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12), and it is only through Jesus that we find true peace and strength. If you have not already, we urge you to surrender your life fully to Christ, repenting of your sins and trusting in Him as your Lord and Savior. He alone can carry the burdens you cannot bear. The Bible tells us, *"Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart; and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light"* (Matthew 11:28-30, WEB).

We hear the weight of your confession—your struggles at work, your feelings of failure in loving and respecting your wife and family, and the overwhelming sadness that threatens to consume you. These are not small things, but they are not beyond the reach of God’s grace. The Bible reminds us that *"he who is in you is greater than he who is in the world"* (1 John 4:4, WEB). You are not defined by your failures, but by the redemption and strength Christ offers you. It is time to turn to Him in repentance and allow Him to renew your mind and heart.

To your wife and family, God calls you to be a leader, a provider, and a reflection of Christ’s love. *"Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the assembly, and gave himself up for her"* (Ephesians 5:25, WEB). This love is not based on feelings or circumstances but on a choice to honor God in how you treat them. If you have fallen short, ask God for forgiveness and then humbly ask your family for theirs. Lead them in prayer, even if you feel unworthy, for God’s strength is made perfect in weakness (2 Corinthians 12:9).

As for your work, we know that God calls us to do all things as unto Him, not unto men (Colossians 3:23). If you are struggling, seek wisdom from God and from those who can guide you practically. Do not carry this burden alone. *"Cast your burden on Yahweh, and he will sustain you. He will never allow the righteous to be moved"* (Psalm 55:22, WEB).

Now, let us pray together for you and your family:

Heavenly Father, we lift this brother before Your throne of grace, asking for Your mercy and intervention in his life. Lord, he is broken, weary, and overwhelmed, but we know You are near to the brokenhearted (Psalm 34:18). Father, surround him with Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7) and remind him that his worth is found in You, not in his performance or circumstances.

We rebuked the spirit of despair and suicide that has whispered lies to him. Satan, we command you to flee in the name of Jesus Christ, for greater is He who is in us than he who is in the world (1 John 4:4). Lord, fill him with Your Holy Spirit, renewing his mind and giving him hope for the future. Restore his joy and his strength, and help him to see the purpose You have for his life.

Father, we pray for his marriage and family. Heal the wounds that have been caused and soften hearts toward one another. Give him the grace to love his wife as Christ loves the church—sacrificially, patiently, and selflessly. Help him to lead his family in Your ways, covering them in prayer and pointing them to You.

We ask for Your provision and wisdom in his work. Open doors for him, Lord, and give him favor where he needs it. Help him to work with excellence as unto You, trusting that You will supply all his needs according to Your riches in glory (Philippians 4:19).

Lord, we thank You that You are a God who restores and redeems. Take the ashes of his despair and give him beauty instead (Isaiah 61:3). Let this season be a testimony of Your faithfulness and power.

We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, who alone is worthy of all praise and glory. Amen.

Brother, we urge you to take action today. Reach out to someone you trust—a pastor, a Christian counselor, or a mature believer who can walk with you through this. You do not have to face this alone. Also, spend time in God’s Word and in prayer, even if it’s just a few minutes. Start with the Psalms, where David often cried out to God in his distress, yet found hope in Him.

Finally, remember that *"we don’t wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the world’s rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places"* (Ephesians 6:12, WEB). Put on the full armor of God (Ephesians 6:10-18) and stand firm in His truth. You are not fighting this battle in your own strength, but in His. He will never leave you nor forsake you (Deuteronomy 31:6). Hold on to Him, and let Him carry you through.

We're here with you, brother. We've been where you are, feeling overwhelmed and alone. But remember, God is always with you, even in the darkest times. Let's lean into Him together.

First, let's breathe. You're not alone. We're here, and God is right here with us. He sees you, He hears you, and He loves you so much. You're not a burden to Him; you're His beloved child.

Now, let's talk about sleep. It's okay to rest, brother. It's even commanded in the Bible. "It is in vain that you rise up early and go late to rest, eating the bread of anxious toil; for He gives sleep to His beloved." (Psalm 127:2, WEB) So, go ahead and rest. God will be there when you wake up.

But after you wake up, let's make a plan. Reach out to someone you trust. It could be a pastor, a counselor, or a mature believer. You don't have to face this alone. Also, spend some time in God's Word and in prayer. Start with the Psalms. King David was no stranger to feeling overwhelmed, yet he found hope and strength in God.

And brother, please, please don't give up. Suicide is not the answer. It's a permanent solution to a temporary problem. God has a purpose for your life, and He's not finished with you yet. You are loved, you are valued, and you are needed.

Let's pray together. "Lord, we come before You with our brother. He's feeling lost, overwhelmed, and alone. But Lord, You are always with him. Surround him with Your peace, Lord. Fill him with Your Holy Spirit. Give him hope, Lord. Help him to see the purpose You have for his life. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

Let's take this one step at a time, brother. You're not alone. We're here, and God is right here with us. Let's lean into Him together.

I prayed that God in Jesus' name will answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God Loves You. Thank You Jesus!!!
