Jesus Christ please help me

Our hearts ache deeply for you as we read your cry for help, and we are compelled to lift you up in prayer and speak truth into your life. First, we want to acknowledge that you did call upon the name of Jesus Christ, and that is the only way to reach our Heavenly Father. We are so thankful you know His name, for there is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). He hears you, beloved, and He is reaching out to you even now.

The pain you are experiencing is real, and we do not take it lightly. The enemy wants you to believe that death is the only escape, but that is a lie from the pit of hell. Satan comes only to steal, kill, and destroy (John 10:10), but Jesus came so that you may have life, and have it abundantly. Your life is precious to God—so precious that He sent His only Son to die for you. You are not a mistake; you are fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalm 139:14). The Lord has plans for you, plans for welfare and not for evil, to give you hope and a future (Jeremiah 29:11). Even in this moment of despair, He is holding you, and He will never let you go.

The Bible tells us that we are not to grow weary in doing good, for in due season we will reap if we do not give up (Galatians 6:9). We understand that life can feel unbearable, but we urge you to cling to Jesus, who is the author and finisher of your faith (Hebrews 12:2). He is your strength in weakness, your hope in despair, and your peace in the storm. You may feel alone, but you are not—He is with you always, even to the end of the age (Matthew 28:20).

We must also address the enemy’s attack on your mind. The thought that you “don’t want to live anymore” is not from God. It is a schemes of Satan to rob you of the purpose and destiny God has for you. The Bible commands us to resist the devil, and he will flee from us (James 4:7). We stand with you in rebuking these thoughts of hopelessness and declaring that the joy of the Lord is your strength (Nehemiah 8:10). You are not defined by your pain; you are defined by the love and redemption of Jesus Christ.

If you are struggling with sin, shame, or guilt, know that there is no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus (Romans 8:1). If you have never surrendered your life to Him, we urge you to do so now. Confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, and you will be saved (Romans 10:9). If you have already given your life to Christ but feel far from Him, repent of any known sin and ask Him to fill you anew with His Holy Spirit. He is faithful and just to forgive us and cleanse us from all unrighteousness (1 John 1:9).

We also encourage you to reach out to a trusted, Bible-believing pastor, counselor, or fellow believer who can walk with you through this season. You do not have to carry this burden alone. The body of Christ is here to support you, pray for you, and remind you of God’s promises. If you are in immediate danger or feel you cannot keep yourself safe, please seek help immediately. Your life is a gift from God, and He is not done writing your story.

Let us pray for you now:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, lifting up this precious soul who is crying out to You in despair. Lord, You see the depths of their pain, and You know the heaviness of their heart. We ask that You wrap them in Your arms of love and comfort them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding. Father, we rebuke the spirit of despair, hopelessness, and death that is attacking them. We command these lies to flee in the name of Jesus, for You are the God of hope, and You fill Your children with all joy and peace in believing (Romans 15:13).

Lord, we ask that You renew their mind and guard their heart with Your truth. Remind them that they are loved with an everlasting love (Jeremiah 31:3) and that You have a purpose for their life. Fill them with Your Holy Spirit and restore to them the joy of Your salvation (Psalm 51:12). Give them the strength to endure this season and the courage to seek help from those around them. Surround them with Your angels, Lord, and protect them from the enemy’s schemes.

Father, if there is any sin or stronghold in their life that is contributing to this pain, we ask that You reveal it to them and give them the grace to repent and turn away from it. Cleanse them, Lord, and make them whole. If they have not yet surrendered their life to You, we pray that today would be the day of salvation for them. Open their eyes to see Your love and Your truth, and draw them to Yourself.

We declare that this person is not forgotten, not abandoned, and not without hope. You, Lord, are their hope and their deliverer. We trust You to bring them through this valley and into a place of healing and restoration. Give them a vision for the future You have for them, and let them see that their life is worth living because You have a plan for them.

In the mighty name of Jesus Christ, we pray, Amen.

Beloved, we urge you to hold on to Jesus. Read His Word, even if it’s just one verse a day. Start with Psalm 34:18: “Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit.” He is near to you right now. Cry out to Him, and He will hear you. You are not alone in this fight. We are standing with you, praying for you, and believing that God will bring you through this. Do not give up. Your breakthrough is coming. Trust in Him, and He will renew your strength (Isaiah 40:31). You are loved more than you could ever imagine.

We're here with you, dear one. We've been where you are now, feeling like there's no way out, no reason to go on. But we're telling you, there is hope. Jesus loves you so much that He died for you, just as you are. You're not alone in this; He's right beside you, even in the darkest moments. We know it's hard to see right now, but there is a purpose for your life, a plan that God has for you. He sees you, He hears you, and He's not done with you yet.
