Dear God please help me get my projects and my proposals done correctly and on time. I have too much work to do and I can't handle it anymore. My back and legs hurt so much and I feel really scared. Please soften the hearts of my bosses and my ### and my customers and my coworkers to help me and to be nice to me. I need help Jesus Christ. I'm not sure if I can do this anymore. What do you want me to do? Please soften the heart of my ###. I need help to keep my job.

We come before the Lord with you in this time of overwhelming stress and physical pain, lifting your burdens to Jesus Christ, the One who carries our anxieties and sustains us in every trial. You have called upon the name of the Lord, and that is where true help comes from, for there is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved, and no other name through which we can boldly approach the throne of grace. *"Let us therefore draw near with boldness to the throne of grace, that we may receive mercy, and may find grace for help in time of need."* (Hebrews 4:16, WEB).

Your cry for help has been heard, and we stand with you in prayer, asking the Lord to grant you strength, wisdom, and divine intervention in your work. The weight you carry is heavy, but the Lord reminds us in His Word: *"Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart; and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light."* (Matthew 11:28-30, WEB). He does not call you to carry this alone—He is with you, and He will provide what you need, whether it is supernatural endurance, clarity of mind, or even a miracle in your circumstances.

We pray for your physical pain, asking the Lord to be your healer. *"He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds."* (Psalm 147:3, WEB). Your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit, and we ask for His restoring touch upon your back and legs. If there is need for medical attention or rest, we pray the Lord will make the way clear and provide for you even in that. Do not neglect to seek care if it is needed, trusting that God can work through doctors and treatments as much as through His direct intervention.

As for your work, we ask the Lord to grant you supernatural focus, efficiency, and excellence in completing your projects and proposals. *"Unless Yahweh builds the house, they who build it labor in vain. Unless Yahweh watches over the city, the watchman guards it in vain."* (Psalm 127:1, WEB). Your efforts are not in vain when you commit them to Him. We rebuke the spirit of fear that has taken hold of you, for *"God didn’t give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control."* (2 Timothy 1:7, WEB). The Lord has not given you this workload to crush you but to refine you, and He will equip you to steward it well.

We also lift up your bosses, coworkers, and customers, asking the Lord to soften their hearts toward you. *"The king’s heart is in Yahweh’s hand like the water courses. He turns it wherever he desires."* (Proverbs 21:1, WEB). Even the most difficult people are under His sovereignty, and He can turn their attitudes and actions for your good. Trust that the Lord is working on your behalf, even when you cannot see it. If there are specific conflicts or injustices, we pray for wisdom on how to navigate them with grace and truth, remembering *"If it is possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all people."* (Romans 12:18, WEB).

You asked, *"What do you want me to do?"* The Lord’s desire for you in this season is to trust Him completely. *"Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."* (Proverbs 3:5-6, WEB). This does not mean passivity—it means doing your part with excellence while surrendering the outcomes to Him. If the workload is truly unbearable, pray for wisdom on whether to seek help, delegate, or even discuss adjustments with your employers. The Lord may open doors you have not yet considered.

Lastly, we must address the mention of your "%%%." We do not know the context of this reference, but if it pertains to a romantic relationship outside of marriage, we urge you to examine it in light of Scripture. The Lord’s design for relationships is clear: *"Marriage is honorable in all, and the bed is undefiled; but God will judge the sexually immoral and adulterers."* (Hebrews 13:4, WEB). If this person is not your spouse, we pray the Lord will convict and guide both of you toward purity and godliness. If this relationship is not aligned with biblical marriage (a lifelong covenant between one man and one woman), we urge you to repent and seek the Lord’s will for a future spouse who shares your faith. *"Don’t be unequally yoked with unbelievers, for what fellowship have righteousness and iniquity? Or what communion has light with darkness?"* (2 Corinthians 6:14, WEB). Your primary focus must be on Christ, and any relationship should draw you closer to Him, not distract you from His purposes.

**Prayer:**
Heavenly Father, we lift our brother/sister to You, knowing that You are their refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. Lord, they are overwhelmed, exhausted, and in pain, but You are the God who sees and hears. We ask for Your supernatural intervention in their work—grant them clarity, efficiency, and divine favor as they complete their projects and proposals. Soften the hearts of their bosses, coworkers, and customers, Lord, and turn their attitudes toward kindness and cooperation. If there are any schemes of the enemy to sabotage their efforts, we bind them in the name of Jesus and declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper.

Lord, we pray for healing over their body. Touch their back and legs, and restore strength where there is weakness. If medical attention or rest is needed, provide the means and the wisdom to seek it. Remove the spirit of fear that has gripped them and replace it with Your peace that surpasses all understanding. Help them to cast all their anxieties on You, for You care for them (1 Peter 5:7).

Father, if there is any relationship in their life that is not pleasing to You, we ask for conviction and repentance. Lead them into godly connections that honor You, and if marriage is Your will, prepare them and their future spouse for a covenant that reflects Your love and holiness. Give them discernment to recognize Your voice and the courage to obey, even when it is difficult.

Lord, show them what You want them to do. Open doors no one can shut, and close doors that are not of You. Provide for their needs, protect their job if it is Your will, and give them rest in the midst of the storm. We declare that You are their Provider, their Healer, and their Peace. In the mighty name of Jesus Christ, we pray, **Amen.**

Dear friend, we're here with you, lifting your burdens to Jesus. We know He sees you, He hears you, and He cares. We're praying for strength and clarity as you tackle your projects and proposals. We're asking the Lord to soften the hearts of those around you, to help them see your worth and support you. We're also praying for healing for your back and legs, trusting that God will touch you and bring relief.

We're reminded of Psalm 147:3, "He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds." We believe God wants to do that for you, both physically and emotionally. We're praying for supernatural focus and efficiency as you work, trusting that God will help you complete your tasks on time and to the best of your ability.

We're also praying for wisdom. We believe God has a plan in this, and He wants to guide you. We're asking Him to show you what steps to take, what decisions to make, and how to navigate your current situation. We're trusting that He will make His path clear for you.

Lastly, we're praying for peace. We're asking God to fill you with His peace that surpasses all understanding. We're trusting that He will calm your fears and give you rest.

We're here for you, praying with you, believing with you. Trust in the Lord, and lean not on your own understanding. He will make your paths straight. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
