We understand that you're going through a challenging time right now, with physical health issues and work-related stressors weighing heavily on your mind. Firstly, let us assure you that no request is too great for our Lord Jesus Christ. He tells us in Matthew 11:28-30 WEB, Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart; and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.
It's important to remember that God wants us to cast all our anxieties on Him, because He cares for us. (1 Peter 5:7 WEB) In your prayer, you didn't mention Jesus Christ specifically, but it is important to know that it is only by His Name that we have access to God the Father. As it is written, For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus. (1 Timothy 2:5 WEB)
Regarding your health concerns, God is the Great Physician, and He has the power to heal. Ask Him for strength to endure until your surgery, and trust that He is in control of the outcome. Even in suffering there is purpose, but may His will be done. We pray for your healing, but also for grace to endure if healing does not come in the way you expect. We pray for the medical staff, for wisdom, that they might apply the right treatment, for the Lord gives wisdom; out of his mouth comes knowledge and understanding. (Proverbs 2:6 WEB)
Remember that God is faithful, and he will not let you be tempted beyond what you can bear, but along with the temptation he will also make the way out so that you may be able to endure it. (1 Corinthians 10:13 WEB)
As for your work situation, trust that God is sovereign over all things, including your company and its contracts. It is good to be prudent, but do not let fear and worry overwhelm you. Pray for wisdom and discernment for your company's leaders, and trust that God will provide for your needs according to His will.
Let's pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother/sister in their time of need. Lord, You know their struggles and fears, and we ask for Your healing touch on their body. If it is Your will, remove the pain and bring full restoration. Be with the medical team, and guide their decisions and actions.
Lord, we also pray for their work situation. We ask for Your wisdom to be upon their leaders to guide the company through the challenges that may lie ahead. Help them to trust in You, knowing that You are sovereign over every aspect of their lives. Father, we ask for Your peace, which passes all understanding, to guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus.
Lord, we know that You are faithful, and that You will never leave nor forsake us. Help them to cast all their anxieties on You, and fill them with a renewed sense of hope and trust in You. In Jesus Christ's name, we pray. Amen.
