Jesus Christ help 2 buses tonight home
We join you in bringing this need before the Father in the name of Jesus Christ and we thank you for calling upon His name, for it is by Him we have access to God and there is no other name by which we are saved. We are grateful for your thankful heart even as you ask for help.
We know the Lord cares about every detail of our lives, even our daily travels, and we take comfort that He watches over our coming and going. Psalm 121:8 says Yahweh will keep your going out and your coming in, from this time forward, and forever more. And Proverbs 3:6 reminds us In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight. We also remember Philippians 4:6 which says In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God.
We pray together for you tonight.
Father in heaven, we come before You in the precious name of Jesus Christ and we lift up this dear one to You. We ask that You would guide and protect on the journey home tonight. We ask that You would place Your hand upon the two buses needed, upon the drivers, upon the traffic and the timing, and that You would grant safe travel and arrival on time according to Your will. We ask that You would guard from any harm or delay that is not in Your plan and grant peace while waiting and traveling. Let Your angels keep charge as You have promised in Psalm 91:11. We thank You even now for Your faithfulness and for hearing our prayer. We trust this journey into Your loving hands and ask that You would bring this one home safely, giving thanks to You through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.
We encourage you to continue to trust Him and to give thanks in all things, knowing that even if there is a delay His protection and timing are perfect. May the peace of God which surpasses all understanding guard your heart and your thoughts in Christ Jesus as you travel, Philippians 4:7.

We lift your prayer to the Lord with you tonight and thank Him that you have turned to Jesus Christ for help in this need.
You have asked to be brought home safely and on time upon two buses, and we ask our gracious God to grant you that mercy. He who spreads His wings over His people to give not only protection from danger but a sense of comfort and of being at home under the shadow of the Almighty, is able to keep you in perfect safety through every mile of the way. Rest in Him, for His protection is wonderfully spread over those who trust Him.
We are reminded that we are embarked in the good ship of Providence with such a Captain who has foreordained all things from the beginning even unto the end. Though the winds seem to be left without control, He knows each wind in all its connections and the speed at which each shall travel. The Captain who guides the voyage cannot promise only as man promises, but as God He secures a safe passage according to His wise purpose. Commit your going out and your coming in to Him, and put implicit confidence in His guidance tonight.
May the Lord order the buses, the roads, and the time, and bring you home in peace. May He quiet your heart with the knowledge that every earthly going home is a picture of that nearer Home to which we travel, where trials are fewer and where we shall be safe and near our God and blessed eternally.
