Jeremiah 29:13

Anonymous

Beloved of All
I am an older man and have been through a traumatic experience that lasted over a year. It is finally over but I am left with PTSD and a legal issue that I was framed for. I also have to move to a new residence and it's a big job. My whole life has been turned upside down and I am left with depression and memory problems and stress and anxiety that I cannot overcome. I can just barely function and I have so much that must be done and I cannot sleep at night and I can barely get out of bed. I have made a decision to seek the Lord above everything else and allow him to heal my heart and my spirit and my life. I cannot do this without him. I am a born again believer in Jesus Christ since I was young but God has removed favor from my life. Even more, he has allowed great and unbelievable trauma to befall me. If anyone is a believer in Christ, you know that you cannot fight God. I have been crushed beyond anything I ever would have imagined and that's where I am now. Please pray for me to yield and submit my will to the Lord and to give my all to him. I do not want to continue down the path that led me to ruin and that life I was living has ended. But I am now trapped in depression and in my mind I can't believe that my God would allow this to happen to me. I don't even care what sin I was in. What happened to me is demonic, horrible and beyond what I could have ever imagined. I nearly did not survive. I am alone and was alone through the whole ordeal. I called the police on two separate occasions and the first time they said there's nothing they can do and the second time they threatened to arrest me. I am in disbelief. After it was over, the whole thing looks supernaturally orchestrated. So many things that I did not see and did not do and now I ask myself, why? How could I not have known what to do? How could I have sat helplessly while my whole life was being destroyed? I have no idea right now how to answer so many questions. I have always believed that God loves me and he has always protected me before. As I said, I am not a young person. I don't understand how this happened to me and how my God could have allowed it. There is so much more that I could write a book about my experience. I just have to move on and let it go and somehow believe that God loves me and that he did not do this but only allowed it for some reason that I will never understand. I have to give my life back to a God that allowed this horror to come upon me. I have to ignore everything that happened to me and praise the name of the Lord. It's nearly beyond me and so far I have not been able to do it. That's why I'm posting this long request. There is nowhere else to turn. God is the only answer to everything. None of us are perfect. We all sin. Pray that what happened to me will never happen to you.

I prayed that God in Jesus' name will answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God Loves You. Thank You Jesus!!!

Healed Spirit Soul And Body

We hear the deep anguish in your heart, and we are grieved by the suffering you have endured. Your pain is real, and your questions are honest before the Lord. You have clung to Jeremiah 29:13, which says, *"You shall seek me, and find me, when you search for me with all your heart."* This is where we must begin—with a heart fully surrendered to God, even when we do not understand His ways.

First, we must affirm that what you have experienced is not beyond God’s knowledge or sovereignty. The enemy seeks to destroy, but our Lord is mighty to save. You have declared your faith in Jesus Christ, and that is your anchor in this storm. Yet we must also remind you that God does not delight in your suffering, nor does He abandon His children. The Apostle Peter tells us, *"For the eyes of the Lord are on the righteous, and his ears open to their prayer; but the Lord’s face is against those who do evil"* (1 Peter 3:12). You are not forgotten.

Your trauma, PTSD, depression, and the legal injustice you face are heavy burdens, but they are not beyond God’s power to redeem. The Psalmist cried out in despair yet still declared, *"Why are you in despair, my soul? Why are you disturbed within me? Hope in God! For I shall still praise him for the saving help of his presence"* (Psalm 42:5). Even in the darkest valleys, we must choose to trust Him.

You mentioned feeling as though God has removed His favor from you. But consider Job, who lost everything yet still worshipped the Lord (Job 1:20-21). His suffering was not because of sin but for a purpose beyond his understanding. Later, God restored him doubly. Or consider Joseph, who was betrayed, falsely accused, and imprisoned—yet God used it all for good (Genesis 50:20). Your pain is not meaningless, though it feels unbearable now.

We must also address the spiritual warfare at play. What you described as "demonic" and "supernaturally orchestrated" is a real battle. Ephesians 6:12 reminds us, *"For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world’s rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places."* You are not fighting alone—Jesus has already won the victory (Colossians 2:15).

As for the legal injustice, we pray for vindication, for God is just. *"He has told you, O man, what is good. What does Yahweh require of you, but to act justly, to love mercy, and to walk humbly with your God?"* (Micah 6:8). Trust that He will expose every lie and restore what the enemy has stolen.

Now, let us pray for you:

*"Heavenly Father, we lift up our brother before You, a man who has been crushed in spirit, broken in body, and weary in soul. Lord, You see his pain—every sleepless night, every wave of anxiety, every memory that torments him. You alone know the depth of his suffering, and You alone can heal him. We ask for Your supernatural peace to guard his heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). Restore his sleep, renew his strength, and lift the heavy burden of depression from him.

Lord, we rebuke the spirits of trauma, fear, and despair in the mighty name of Jesus. No weapon formed against him shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17). We declare that You, God, are his refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1).

Father, we ask for wisdom as he navigates the legal battles ahead. Expose every lie, bring truth to light, and let justice prevail. Provide for his every need as he moves to a new home—give him strength for each task, and send helpers to assist him.

Most of all, Lord, draw him closer to You. Let this season of suffering deepen his faith, not destroy it. Help him to forgive those who wronged him, even as You have forgiven us. Remind him that Your love is steadfast, Your promises true, and Your plan for him is good—even when it is painful.

We pray all this in the powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Redeemer and Healer. Amen."*

Brother, we urge you to keep seeking the Lord daily. Read His Word, even if it is just a verse. Cling to promises like Romans 8:28: *"We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, for those who are called according to his purpose."* You are called. You are loved. And though this season is dark, it is not the end of your story.

If you have not already, we encourage you to seek godly counsel—whether from a pastor, a Christian therapist, or a mature believer who can walk with you. You do not have to carry this alone. The body of Christ is here to support you.

Finally, remember: *"The Lord is close to the brokenhearted. He saves those who are crushed in spirit"* (Psalm 34:18). He has not abandoned you. Keep your eyes on Jesus, the author and finisher of your faith (Hebrews 12:2). You will overcome this, not in your strength, but in His. Stand firm. The best is yet to come.

We're here with you, dear friend, as you navigate through this storm. We feel your pain, your confusion, your despair. It's okay to feel this way, and it's okay to cry out to God, even when it feels like He's silent. We want you to know that you're not alone. We're lifting you up in prayer, just as you've lifted up your heart to God.

We understand that you're struggling with depression, anxiety, and trauma. We're not going to minimize your pain or tell you to "just have faith" and it'll be okay. No, we're going to sit with you in your pain, and we're going to ask God to meet you right where you are. We're going to pray for His healing touch on your broken heart, for His peace to guard your mind, and for His strength to sustain you through each day.

We know that you're questioning why this happened to you. We don't have all the answers, but we know this: God loves you. He sees you. He cares. Even when it feels like He's far away, He's closer than you think. He didn't cause your pain, but He's big enough to hold it, and He's powerful enough to redeem it.

We're also going to pray for wisdom as you face your legal battles. We ask that God would expose the truth, bring justice to light, and provide for all your needs. We pray that He would send helpers to assist you, and that He would give you strength for each task ahead.

Most importantly, we pray that you would draw closer to God through this. That this season of suffering would deepen your faith, not destroy it. We pray that you would find comfort in His love, and that you would trust in His plan for you, even when it's painful.

Keep seeking Him, dear friend. Read His Word, even if it's just a verse. Cling to promises like Psalm 147:3, "He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds." You are not alone. You are loved. And though this season is dark, it's not the end of your story.

We're here for you. Let's walk through this together, one step at a time. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

We want to thank you for allowing us the sacred opportunity to lift you before the Father’s throne in prayer these past days. Your heart’s cry has deeply moved us, and we continue to stand with you in the midst of this storm, believing that the Lord who sees your suffering is near to the brokenhearted. We know the weight of what you are carrying—the PTSD, the legal battle, the exhaustion of moving, the crushing depression, and the haunting questions that keep you awake at night. These are burdens no one should have to bear alone, and we want you to know that we are still here, interceding for you as you seek the Lord with everything in you.

It is not lost on us how hard it must be to reconcile the trauma you’ve endured with the God you’ve loved since you were young. The pain of feeling abandoned by the One you trusted is its own kind of wound, and we pray that the Holy Spirit will meet you in that place of raw honesty. You’ve said it yourself—there is nowhere else to turn but to Him, and though it may feel impossible right now, we are asking God to give you the grace to surrender what you cannot understand. He is big enough to hold your anger, your grief, and your questions. He is not afraid of your struggle to praise Him in this. We pray that He will meet you in the silence, in the sleepless nights, and in the overwhelming tasks ahead, reminding you that He is your strength when you have none left.

If the Lord has begun to lift the heaviness, if He has given you even a moment of peace or a glimmer of hope, we would love for you to share it with us. Your testimony of His faithfulness—no matter how small it may seem—could be the very encouragement someone else needs to keep holding on. And if the battle still rages, if the darkness feels just as thick, we urge you to post again. Let us continue to contend for you in prayer, to ask the Lord to restore your mind, to vindicate you in this legal struggle, to provide for you in this move, and to heal the deep wounds no one else can see. We are believing for His restoration in every area of your life, not just as you were before, but as someone who has encountered His presence in the depths of suffering and found Him faithful.

We are also praying for the supernatural strength to forgive—whether it is those who harmed you, those who failed you, or even the Lord Himself for allowing this pain. Unforgiveness is a chain too heavy for anyone to carry, and we ask God to break its power over you. You are not forgotten. You are not beyond His love. And though the enemy intended this for your destruction, we declare that God will use it for your refinement and ultimately, for His glory.

Keep seeking Him, even when it feels like He is silent. Keep surrendering, even when it hurts. We are standing with you, believing that the God who has held you since you were young will not let you go now. May He bless you with His peace that surpasses all understanding, and may you sense His nearness in ways you never have before. We will not stop praying.
