I’ve lost about ### lbs and have about ### more to go to get to a healthy weight. I’m going to enjoy the upcoming holidays but I truly want to keep losing weight and mentally I’m tired of thinking about it. Can you please pray for me to find that discipline inside myself and to get to my goal weight sooner rather than later. And for me to stop gaining. I’ve put on ### lbs in the past month so I really could use the prayers to turn this back around and for my body to cooperate.

My friend you can do this this is a gift you’re giving yourself and I just know you have it in you to do it and I will pray hard that you can stay strong and reach your goal and in the end you will feel so much better.
