It's the weekend again.

It's the weekend again. I dread the weekends, the loneliness the echo of silence. I hope I don't do something stupid. I pray that it's going to be okay.

Solitude kills me.... How can I defocus on this.

I pray oh lord that everything is going to be Okay and find away to keep myself busy, To keep my mind off of negative things and sleep well. Amen.

Dear Lord~

May William see You as his best friend. May he confide in You, and tell you what he's feeling. I pray William would be comfortable whether he's by himself, or with someone. Let him know this is only for a season. I pray You would bless this son of Yours now, whom You love so much! May he dance and sing before You like David, and just enjoy Your company Lord! In the Name of Jesus we pray.

Father, I pray for Your presence with William. May the weekend be a time of intimate fellowship with you, and chance to read, and listen, and pray. Perhaps a time of quiet with you at a park, or while walking on a long forgotten trail. I pray You would help him find a way to be with You in settings that invite feelings of peace, safety, growth and resolution. I pray that this season is nearly finished for William, that Your blessings and path will take him to new heights in all areas of his life. Keep him close, help him to have the clarity and wisdom to hear You speak. I offer these prayers in Jesus' sweet name, knowing that Your plan will be accomplished in William's life. Amen.

I pray for options for William to spend his weekend - new activities - new friends - new hobbies - new interests - maybe a new volunteering venture - whatever You have in mind, Lord. Show him ways to take his mind off of himself and what he does not have. Give him direction and energy, when his feet hit the floor each morning, fill him with joy at the prospect of what he might do for You or with You each day. Comfort him and lift his spirit. Let it soar as he discovers the purpose and plan You have for his life, one day at a time. In Jesus' Name, I ask this, Amen.
