It has been almost 4 years since I got an increment in my salary. Since 4 months from now I have been requesting my boss for an increment. Initially she promised me that she will get it approved and now when I'm checking with her she is not giving me any response. Whenever I check with her she says that she will check. But there is no response. Yesterday I wrote to her but she didn't reply back. I'm so upset that why is ### doing that with me. 4 Years without an increase in the salary and deduction whenever I take leave.

Please pray that she gets my salary increment approved I need the money to support my family.
